I know it is hard to run a discount store - people often move or drop items for sale on the floor, open items, damage items, etc. Then there is the issue of keeping the store itself clean when you have constant traffic, especially traffic which includes lots of kids. This Dollar Tree does try very hard to keep a nice store. Their staff are always friendly and helpful. I have sometimes had them go above and beyond to try to please me with solutions to my specific requests. I once was building "hygiene bags" for our homeless outreach and needed a few more items which I could not find on the shelves and a nice young lady said, "Let me go see if I can find something in the back for you." And, most recently, the Manager helped me with a specific need for our charity. This is definitely my store of choice for "dollar" items.

The people who work at the dollar tree provide excellent customer service. They always greet me when I go in. I can usually find what I'm there for. It's a good place to find a bargain and holiday items.

Showed up at 8am on a Monday morning and have waited for the store to open. It is now 9:15 and they’re still not open, the opening time is misleading and I hope that this is review and it is changed. It’s unfortunate too because I’ve seen at least 50 people leave because the store isn’t open.

Went to dollar tree this morning to finish some tasks. Annie helped me find so many things on my list. She had to get a ladder to pick some stuff from the top shelf and walk me to multiple items that were on various shelves that I completely missed.
She was patient and so helpful. Thank you for the exceptional customer service. It's so hard to find these days and least expected it at Dollar tree.
Thank you Annie.. you made my day so much easier.

This store still charges you 10 cents even if you bring your own bag! Be careful of that dark-haired evil looking woman who works late afternoons to close! The other workers are lazy and this store is pretty slow getting merchandise out!

Lots of items not in stocks today. I did notice some price changes. I saw 1.25 and 3.00 items in addition to the already 5.00 isle. Staff were very friendly and check out was fairly quick.
