You literally have to crawl on your hands and knees to read the small sizing print on the box labels since they are stacked on the floor. And then for mens' styles, the common 10 thru 11 sizes are few and far between in common colors. Unpleasant shopping experience. I went home and ordered from Amazon. At least I can get my size and style.

I was sent the wrong shoe, the staff was a bit confused so the manager Mark came over to assist. The lady next to me was also trying to locate a package. Mark put out both fires with ease, a smile and excellent customer service. The staff was all so nice and attentive and willing to work through it all. I will definitely be back!

I needed to return a pair of boots that I had ordered on line. The cashier was extremely helpful with the return and showed me where I could find the size I needed. Very simple transaction and very friendly customer service.

It is wild to me this location closes at 6!! I barely made it after getting out of work and felt so rushed as they started vacuuming and stopped playing music 10min before close. I get not staying open till 8 or 9 like other locations but 7PM would be reasonable for this area. I feel they’re missing out on so much business

Came in today looking for shoes, I normally shop here , and walked in and wasn’t greeted. I asked for help someone walked over to help me but told me to wait bc a another lady walked in she immediately greeted her upon entry and I was never helped. I can’t help but assume it’s bc of my skin color every other customer was greeted but me. Customerservice is non existent now it’s absolutely ridiculous I won’t be shopping at this location ever again and the long blond haired older woman was very rude
