I cancelled my membership while I was pregnant because everything became too sensitive, but I would love to get back to my regular massages. However, I noticed that Michael M, who I used to see, is no longer at Elements. Any idea where he went?

Was really excited about booking 2 appointments for my partner and myself with gift cards from my work. Discussed the gift cards over the phone during the booking process and again in person on the day of these appointments.. yet after the massages I was told the gift cards could not be redeemed and I would have to pay out of pocket. Although they gave me the "discounted" member price, I was still out $300 that I was not anticipating. 3/10 customer service. Typically if you tell your clients something, you have to stay true to that, regardless of if it was incorrect information (from your staff). We will never be back, and I have already warned many of this classless experience. Do better.

small space but great spa vibes. a pretty long ppw to fill out the first visit. get there at least 15 minutes before your appointment. Tina worked out a severe pain in my back in a last minute booking . I am very happy!

I went in yesterday to cancel my membership. First I waited because the person up front was training and didn't know where the forms were. Then the next employee came out and explained everything to the trainee, about how I will be charged next month, be able to use it within 60 days or put on a gift card and then it will be canceled. When she was done she asked me to come up and sign the forms, not explaining anything to me. Until I asked, I am being charged when I want to cancel? She said it is in the computer and she can't override it unless it is a money issue then they can figure something out. I didn't understand so you can or can't override it?Also she didn't ask the reason I was canceling, didn't seem to care at all. My reason being my last 2 massages were painful and didn't help my tightness in any way. So why would I want a last massage there? Or I have the option to put it on a gift card and let someone else get a painful massage there? I don't think so.

I had a membership here for a few months and due to a frustrating billing issue, cancelled my membership. HOWEVER, I wish that the front desk / billing issue hadn't happened, because Michael was the BEST massage therapist I've ever had. He relieved a lot of lower back issues I had, as well as some long-term knee pain.I was training for Kilimanjaro and doing Crossfit, and he helped me keep my body healthy. I miss going there, and wish he worked for an organization with more honest billing practices.
