*****, ********, and ********* did a beautiful job. They were professional, proficient, friendly, careful with my things, and acquiesced to any request I had pertaining to my belongings. I was comfortable with them taking charge over the situation which is rare gift under the normal stresses of moving. I, without a doubt, would highly recommend this company, and would most definitely use them again. Good job, guys! Thank you.

This company is reliable and honest. They go over and above on customer service. There was a billing mistake and Carrie called me to remedy the problem and worked with me until it was right. The movers, Julian, Bengi and Jesus were exceptional at packing and taking excellent care of my items! I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Had a great experience with our 4-man crew (***********, ***********, **** and ***). They were on time, walked through the house with me, got right to work, and were clean, thorough, courteous and extremely hard working. Packing and unpacking both went smoothly. They even helped with the little extras like helping with some additional boxes. Couldnt be happier. Would recommend Exodus to anyone, at least this crew.

The people were all very nice. they went to wrong address, went somewhere in Cheyenne which put them a couple hours behind,. So when they finally arrived at the correct address they threw most my belongings in the garage. The boxes were packed so heavy a lot had to be unloaded from garage. My white Utility ladder is nowhere to be found. Dresser drawer was broken, ******** China some pieces were broken, ******* china some pieces broken, Crystal glasses some broken. Found my ******** toothbrush attachments under toilet plunger. Hand saws were thrown in box with yard tools blade up which made for some nice cuts on the hands. The cords are all everywhere have no idea what goes to what should have been kept with what they went with. Roll top desk was not put back together and Tread mill just left in middle of the room these two items are very heavy and I am a woman 70 years old. The move started out pretty smooth but really went south when they got 2 hours behind. I have unloaded all the boxes and checked them again some small items nowhere to be found. Istead of packing tools in garage system that went with other house they took parts of the system which I will unload and mail back to the man who purchased my home in Colorado. Overall for the large amount I paid the service could have been a whole lot better. Disappointed to say the least!

Unethical and Deceptive Business Practices: Steve stated delivery is normally 5-7 days but they can do it in 3-5 days. Then they said actually it's up to 14 days. It ended up being 29 days. Agreement modification: Contract stated that the remaining balance was due upon delivery. They changed these payment terms later to balance due upon load notification (ship date). Unnecessarily Poor Customer Service: Very difficult to get a hold of, Refuse to provide updates, Aggressively rude communication by Jim.

california exodus moving and storage......beware they doubled my estimate to move at midnight the day of pick-up, they left no itinerary. at least 1/2 of my shipment is lost. what furniture that did arrive is damaged and/or destroyed. this is my settlement: "therefore, upon a close review of your bill of lading (contract), order of service as well as proof of loss and damage form, and to maintain our high level of customer satisfaction, the settlement of this claim has been found to be approved in the amount of $69.00 kindly accept our apologies for any inconvenience and we wish you the best in your new home!"

This move was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I give it one star because two of their employees (Katie & Jill) were responsive. You're only as good as the entire team which set them up for failure. 1. They verbally told me that we would have our furniture in 10-14 days. It was 25 days in total. When I questioned the time they "robotically" regurgitated my contract info. 2. They estimated my moving cost to be around $4200. I provided them with specificity the items I had and clothing to be moved. They never came to my apartment to estimate in person. When they showed up the day of the move they charged me $2000 additional (31% more). Not many options to say no on moving day. I felt taken advantage of as I was upfront with them about the move of a 800 SF apartment. 3. Many phone calls went unreturned and communication was terrible. The answer they gave me was due to personal reasons. While I may empathize with the situation, business is business and I really needed to answers. I had to call the corporate office in Cleveland twice and was rushed off the phone both times by the same gentleman. 4. I was originally told the last installment would be paid after the furniture arrived but later was forced to pay the driver in advance. While this may have been conveniently tucked away deep in the contract, it is an unprofessional business practice to make me pay the entirely before delivery. 5. I was finally told that my items were in transport and was told they would be in contact with me. After several days of hearing nothing, I sent them 3 e-mails on 3 separate days with no response. They showed up Saturday morning unannounced with no warning at all. I wasn't home to receive my items and was coordinating with a friend. They were advised that 3 different occasions but it didn't matter. I e-mailed their truck driver several times as that was the only contact information for him I had. Not the courtesy of one single response. 6. Boxes were crushed when they arrived, dishes were broken as well as a broken floor lamp. The floor was never protected and we found scratches on the floor at the entry. 7. The driver had all the items moved to a U-haul using third party personnel. The driver then took off with my contract which I was supposed to sign and claim damage goods. He was long gone by the time the freight was unloaded. He left behind 2 movers that didn't even know what company they were working for. One of the movers was laying down on the bedroom floor profusely sweating and complaining about the heat. 8. The movers didn't unpack and put together and of the items they had disassembled before the move. They left my friend to unwrap the items and to throw away all the paper. The bed legs were lost during the move and they could even assemble that. I found the legs 3 days later in an unmarked box. Stay away from these guys. Put your stuff in a u-haul and do it yourself.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...EVER If there were a minus star that is what rating I would give this company. It's a long story, but in the end they COMPLETELY CONFIRMED a time and date to come and give an estimate to move me and then called and stated they WERE NOT GOING TO DO THE JOB AT ALL.

I would have given this company 0 stars if that was possible! This has been the most horrible experience. This was a large move for my family since we were relocating from California to Idaho. My husband and I had used pods in the past, but since we were getting a relocation allowance, we decided to opt for a moving company to "make it easier for us." However, we were still on a budget, and we told the company so. When the company came in higher with their amount, we decided we would go back to the pods we were used to. We could control what we loaded and when, but we would have to plan and definitely do some heavy lifting. After multple calls from CaliExodus contuning to bid for our business, Al stated they would drop the price to be something we would consider. It was still much more than Pods, but the incentive was it was going to be much smoother and much easier for us since CaliExodus would be taking care of so much of it. All we needed to do was to get things boxed up and the CaliExodus team would come and dismantle any furniture, relocate it, and reassemble it in our new location.... or so we thought. Fast forward to the move date: the driver showed up with a truck big enough to transport half our things. The driver was frustrated, stating this was common. After multiple phone calls to the company, it was determined that we were quoted for only half of our things. We were told we would have to pay almost double to get another truck out to transport the entirety. This was problem #1. Problem #2 occurred simultaneously when the driver arrived to the house and explained they could not transport any item not boxed or in garbage bags. We had purposefully left the large furniture unboxed because the agreed contract was for CaliExodus to breakdown all furniture and reassemble upon delivery. We had to scramble to box and pay for expensive boxes lastminute. Problem #3 came after pick up: the previous conversation with Al, explained that delivery would be "about 2 days." After pickup, we were actually pointed to the fine print in the contract that stated it could be anywhere from 2-14 days... so.... begin Problem #4: CaliExodus had our stuff (half of it mind you) and failed to communicate with us an estimated arrival date. For multiple days in a row they were not responsive to phone calls, emails, or texts requesting any information. As a result, my family and I had to spend over 1 week in our new property with no furniture and none of our things. When we tried to escalate our concerns to management, my husband finally heard from Jim. Jim was unapologetic, condescending, and continued to state "you signed a contract." I was appalled by this owners inability to, at minimum, acknowledge the discomfort that had occurred with the tremendous amount of miscommunications. Alright, so at this point, you are probably tired of this review....but it only gets worse... Fast forward 7 days after pick up: we are notified directly by the driver that he will be leaving California and should make it to us in 2 days (nice guy and finally some good communication). We anxiously awaited the arrival of our stuff...Then....Problem #lost count: Day 9 comes and the driver calls my husband asking for another adress verification. The company had given the driver the wrong address and he was in another city over 500 miles away! The driver was very apologetic and communicated effectively from then on. We finally received our stuff on day 11. So now for the final problem: The actual delivery. We specifically chose to go with this company because they stated our things would be broken down at the original site and delivered put back together at the delivery site. This was not the case, our furniture was left in packages and boxes because upon arrival the driver stayed he was not provided any tools by the company. All of our furniture was left to us to assemble. Bad moving company they are crooked they lost our stuff they broke our stuff and I'm getting the runaround and trying to get refunded the some of the money for the move I have sent numerous emails phone calls and no response and have reported them to better business bureau as well and filed with them next step is to file a police report for the lost items. Need to make sure to warn everybody about this company and their billing practices quote you one price on the phone when they show up on the day of the move they tripled the amount they also wanted a quarter of it up front half of it when they picked up and final pickup or final payment to be made before they delivered the goods to the home after the move. Had a fantastic experience working with the team for my move. Mary Alice was great and super responsive making arrangements and accommodating some last minute changes. The moving team, Steve and Vincente, got everything from A to B efficiently and safely, going above and beyond to make this stressful event much less so. They worked hard late into the night can’t thank them enough! Highly recommend Exodus for your move and would definitely use again!

Great movers. From booking, to the confirmation call the day before, to the actual movers, this company is top notch and takes any anxiety out of moving.We had to move out of a 2nd floor apartment that had elevators but were down the longest hallway you could imagine. They packed up a 2 bedroom apartment, even with the extra long walk, in about an hour and a half.They moved us into a single family home and I was shocked when they had completely moved us into the new house, including multiple beds, dressers and garment boxes upstairs, in just about 20 minutes. AND nothing was damaged. They prepped and wrapped everything very well.When we move into our new home next year, we’ll definitely be hiring them again.
