Aref is AH-MAZING! From the moment I entered the store, Aref was incredibly welcoming and attentive. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, guiding me through various options with patience and enthusiasm. What stood out most was Aref's ability to make me feel confident in my choices. His suggestions were spot-on, and he provided advice that helped me select pieces that not only suited my style but also made me feel great wearing them. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers' experience, and Aref exemplifies that. Aref creates a positive shopping experience and left a lasting impression! This company will never see another dime from my household. I bought a pair of pants in the same size I’ve bought them in for literal years so I didn’t try them on and after wearing them for a day they were baggy so I decided I need to size down. I took my size 6 pants that I bought on Sunday back today on Wednesday for an even exchange in one size down and they would not exchange them per their policy. I guess they want their clothes to just go right to the landfill? Knowing this is their current return policy ensures I will never buy from them again after spending thousands of dollars at their store over the years.

I am so so so impressed with Aref. I walked in and said “I need a whole new wardrobe” he spent an hour with me to find all the right things. Not only was he super helpful but made me walk out the store full filled. He is an amazing person and I can’t say enough about Aref, any men who need to change there style he is a go to!!! As with most brand stores, a bit on the pricey side. And by a bit, I mean heavily leaning that way.
But Arif was a joy. Seriously, from the first moment he made me feel welcome and proved a fine balance between helpful and not overbearing, giving me plenty of space to wander and make my own choices. He is the reason I will one day come back for more fits.

Express at Park Meadows Mall has become my go-to store for stylish, high-quality fashion! Every time I visit, I’m greeted by friendly, attentive staff who genuinely care about helping me find exactly what I need. Whether I’m shopping for a sleek outfit for work, a chic ensemble for a night out, or comfortable yet fashionable casual wear, the store never disappoints.
The layout is clean and organized, making it easy to browse their impressive selection of clothing and accessories. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable about sizing, trends, and fit, and they always offer thoughtful recommendations tailored to my personal style. On my last visit, a team member went above and beyond to track down a hard-to-find size for me, and it arrived faster than expected!
I love that Express consistently delivers on both quality and affordability, with frequent sales that make looking great even more accessible. If you’re looking for a store that combines fantastic service with fashionable finds, Express at Park Meadows Mall is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

The sales associate that rung me out was incredibly rude. I'm not sure if she needed nap but her tone and comments to me were incredibly inappropriate. I reported her to corporate.

Came in with my mom when we were on a shopping trip from Nebraska for the weekend. One employee physically bumped my mom like she was in her way while looking through a rack. No excuse me, no offer to help find anything, just looked at her rudely and walked away to stand behind the counter and stare at us. Seriously don’t know why people think this kind of behavior is acceptable. Any store with no human decency is not a store worth wasting your time OR money at!
