I had such a great experience renting a storage unit here! Brenda was absolutely fantastic—so kind, incredibly helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. The facility itself is spotless, well-maintained, and you can tell there’s real pride taken in keeping it clean and secure. It’s rare these days to find customer service that feels this personal, and I truly appreciate that Brenda still cares about the little things that make a big difference. I have been using my space for 1 year and very much like the location. It is easy to access, kept very clean and I feel safe when within the facility. I have an Ebay store and this is where I keep my stock. I am in and out 2-3 times a week at different hours and have never had a bad or experience. I really appreciate this and hope to continue using this space for several years to come.

Check in and customer service was outstanding! I was shown my unit and all access and procedures were explained very clearly. Everything was clean and easy to get to on arrival. Love the garage door access and handy carts for ease of unloading!

Very accommodating, and kind staff (especially Brenda) The entrance is a little awkward being in the back but they have carts and smooth floors making it easy.
