Easy process to rent online. No idea why renting space is sooo pricey but the web deal from ESS was the best price/unit size. Needed to stop in the office to ask a question - staff was great. Unit was available when expected and clean. I upgraded to the Best package to have 24hr access. Hoping all continues to go well.

Horrible place to rent. Police there constantly due to theft.

July 18 2025 Karl and his trainee were so wonderful!! They were so nice, patient and knowledgeable! They showed me around and the storage facility itself was better than the storage Mart I used to use! Excellent app around!!! 5 stars

Edit: Rating changed from 5 stars to 2. Change in management in 2024. New management is unhelpful. New employees are unfamiliar with looking up account information. Billing agreement changed to month-by-month without notice or agreement.
Previous review: Extra Space has done a great job helping us figure out what we need and where it’s available, and to be prepared to show up with a whole moving truck full of household goods. Thank you, Leanne!
