We needed glasses fast for my mom and Mr Romero and the staff at the Bowles Crossing location in Littleton were awesome- helpful and kind- we won’t go anywhere else!!! (( and my mom loves her glasses and they helped us stay in budget))))Thank you!

I went here because I had issues related to my eye. My eye has been bothering me for months and my previous elder optometrists here was wonderful and did his due diligence to make sure nothing was wrong. Well I came in because my eye was still bothering me. The optometrist this time was a female by the name Ashley. She took 2 seconds to look me and I stated this has been an issue for some time. She then ask me “what are you doing here?” That remark is very unprofessional. The moment she walked in she was extremely rude and as I cruise through other’s review, they also mention it. There’s a lack of empathy that is needed in any sort of health field.

So, like most people, my experience is based on the individuals that I dealt with. With my experience I dealt with Gabriella and Lex, both of them experienced in their field, very friendly and transparent. There was a minor hiccup with the delivery service, but ultimately I was able to get all three pairs of glasses within a reasonable amount of time. I don’t see any reason to continue to go to vision works when it’s nothing but a hassle to purchase a simple pair of glasses, eyeglass world presented me with simple options. All in all great options. great experience and great price..

The lady that adjust the glasses to fit your face is crabby and doesn't listen to how you tell them you want them just wants to argue with you then they gave me the wrong polizerird prescription and I'm still seeing like I was before I got glasses with them on I will never go back to that place

This place is horrible… drove from Parker Co because the one in Aurora couldn’t do same day… two weeks it gonna take after they told me they were done and I drove back and they inform me that my glasses had micro scratches so they would have to send them out to be fixed….the led me on day by day telling me they would be done by the end of business (General Manager Gabriella) the GM promised me temporary glasses which I never got… I paid my money and would just like the service the commercials advertise…

I went to this place for convenience of getting glasses the same day or at a quicker rate, I did also want to be tested for contacts as well. I had an eye infection and couldn’t currently wear contacts, hence why I was getting glasses. I needed glasses quickly for work because I can’t wear contacts without irritating my eyes at the moment and this place seemed quick. I expressed this when I booked the appointment and was told that I could be tested for both contacts and glasses even with an eye infection multiple times. It was the whole reason I chose to try this place. Everyone was great until I actually met with the doctor Ashely Zoo. Right from the moment she walked in the door she was beyond rude and said she would not test for contacts and I would have to do that another time because I can’t wear contacts right now.(I had no intention of wearing contacts at the moment but I didn’t want to have to come in again for another exam when I was under the impression we could do both and I just wouldn’t purchase contacts at the moment.) I asked why because the whole reason I came here was for the convenience of it and I was told it was possible the day before. She proceeded to rudely repeat “well I’m the doctor and they’re not.” And “I’m not going to loose my license.” It seemed like she was on a major power trip and was very smug. She asked if I wanted to proceed with the appointment and I said to give me a minute because I was trying to get a hold of my old eye doctor and see if he could get me in sooner because I didn’t want to proceed with her if I didn’t have to. She kept rushing me and being rude and saying “are we doing the exam or not.” I finally was so upset and in disbelief of how she rude she acted from the start that I got up and left. It is one thing if she can’t test for contacts because of her license, but it’s a whole other to come in and be as unbelievably rude as she was from the start. I just called to complain and was speaking to the general manager, she seemed like she could care less and was giving me a generic answer. She was not sincere at all and I felt like a bother to her. She was not concerned at all about what happened.Overall will not be coming back. It was a bad experience (besides the two women that helped me before the doctor came). It was not welcoming, pleasant, nor helpful, and a major waste of time.
