The manager of this store should be fired. And this is just a note to remind myself never to come back to this store. they don't take you seriously they won't help you they walk away from you when you're talking to them. Customer service is just nonexistent in 2024 if it's bad now imagine when we have full-blown fascism. Vote blue. Stop corporate fascism. the reason why these grunts don't care about their job is because of a fascist CEO that doesn't pay anything hence all the homeless people they wake up out of a garbage can to go to your job you jerk. People should just write these CEOs and tell them how greedy they are because the only reason why I was treated like crap is because of extremely low wages peace out.

I have frequently visited this location several times weekly to drop off packages for express shipment. I was met with both a combative and unfriendly older man that argued with me and insisted that the receipt received from placing your package in a receiving box (which is not secure) is the same as a receipt you receive from the counter when handing over your package to be shipped. After examination of both receipts provided from both location, I confirmed that these two receipts are not the same, as I insisted was the case during this visit. I am very disappointed in the treatment I received from this man and have placed a call to the store manager due to this experience. After all the years that I have been using this location, I can honestly say that this is the worst treatment that I have received to date. I suspect that Fedex will not take full responsibility for the package unless handed directly to a staff member and checked in at the counter.

I accidentally addressed my package to the wrong address. Luckly, Alec at Fedex had suggested I take a photo of my receipt which I forwarded to the person I intended to send the package. They saw my mistake and I immediately called Fedex. Fedex was able to reroute my package to the correct address without any delays or additional fees. Something I never could have done with USPS! Not to mention I would never have realized my mistake until it was too late. Thank you so much for your proactive insights and for looking out for me!

I was so anxious about rush shipping hand painted wine glasses from my small business to a client, mostly due to the fact that express shipping can be so expensive, but Alec not only helped find a solution with me to get the glasses shipped by the date I needed, but he also made sure my glasses were packaged safely and better yet, the price was affordable! He was kind, patient, and caring and provided exceptional customer service! I will be returning!

What crappy service. I walked in and stood there for over 10 minutes without even an acknowledgment. There were 2 employees and a manager. 1 associate was helping someone but the other 2 (one being the manager) were behind the counter just chit chatting. I will never bring my business here again.

We have used this location for printing wedding invitations and other items for the wedding such as signs. They are always helpful and friendly and everything looks great and is done quickly.

Jeffery and team were a huge help. I had to load 16 ground boxes into fed ex. I didn't ask for help, but they saw me struggling and came out to my truck to help scan and load. I appreciate all of your help today. I won't forget it!! See you all soon.

Sent in a few pieces of (black and white) paper to be printed off on a Saturday. Never heard back from them even though my email shows the emails definitely sent to them.Sunday I googled their hours which showed they were open at 10am, so around 11 I went to the location and it was closed. The door said they opened at noon so I went back well after noon.Upon arrival there were only 2 people ahead of me in line (which was moving quite slowly). The girl in front of me was finally next in line and the girl working walked out of the store and away from the counter, just leaving us there without saying a word to us. We waited for a long time before the guy working came over to help the girl in front of me. He walked away again when I got up to the front of the line. The line for the mail want THAT long and there were two more people working. I had been there probably 45 minutes by this time. The guy finally came back to help me and told me that my emails were received and printed off but he couldn't find them so I would have to wait for the girl to get back from her lunch. I asked if he knew how long that would be since I had already been there 45 mins without being helped. He told me he had no clue when she would be back from lunch (which I also know to be a lie because at corporate jobs you have an allotted lunch time and a scheduled lunch time). I asked if he could contact the girl to find out where my printed items were and he told me he was not going to do that. Then I asked if he could just re print them for me because I had other things that I needed to get done that day on a time frame and he ignored me and started helping the guy who was behind me in line. That guy was left for a long time and he went back to the shipping area. I was left for a good 20 more minutes, there was no line behind me, and the girl was still gone to lunch...her lunch was definitely well over an hour this day, which I've never known ANY corporate job to allow anyone to do. Finally the other lady working the shipping area walked by and I said EXCUSE ME...and complained that I had been there for breaching OVER an hour at this point and asked if she could help at all, if she could just print off the stuff that I had sent In YESTERDAY . She looked at the computer for a few minutes and basically told me she had no clue how to help. I started to get super upset by this point...I had missed an appointment I needed to get to much earlier and was being charged for it...I sent this stuff to FedEx 24 hours earlier; yes I was fuming by this point - especially because of HOW this situation had been handled by all 3 employees that day. As well as their apparent lack of training inside of this location, it was pathetic. The woman started talking about how there was only 2 people working...that wasn't really the issue. The issue was that my stuff was clearly lost and no one knew what the F was happening, they were all lying to me and giving me the run around, and no one cared at all. No one cared while I was being silent waiting for a ridiculous amount of time in line, no one cared enough to apologize and tell me the girl was going to a long long LONG lunch and wouldn't be right back to help me at all. Of course they started being rude to me when I started getting super upset. Interesting how that happens!The large woman working in the shipping department finally walked away from me and told me she was refusing to help me. I told her I was calling corporate right then which I did. Finally the girl who took the longest lunch break I've ever seen returned and tried to apologize for everything, she asked for my name and I watched her PRINT OFF MY PAPERS. She couldn't even find my order, had the order wrong until I showed her on my phone when and what I'd sent to them. On top of that, the guy 100% lied to me because nothing of mine was printed off at all which was the first thing he said to me that day. I have used this location for all our print and graphic designs for Crave and Blend Nutrition locations here in Littleton. This staff has always done above and beyond to make our orders right even when it's my mistakes. This location is a small businesses best resource to help us look like we have the design team of the chain stores.
