I am unsure if this shop or the Lakewood vance st location is to blame. One of these stores put the wrong rear tires on my AWD staggered vehicle. They are not fixing this mistake they made! Everytime I pay $300 a tire I make it VERY clear about the sizing. Sometimes they think I'm a stupid girl who doesn't know what she's talking about. I know an AWD Staggered car is VERY uncommon that's why I ALWAYS mention it. At this point of owning this car for 4 years I have my tire sized memorized. Anyways when I called to clear things up with the corporate the operator laughed and said this happens all the time and they mess up sizes on Mercedes. Firestone being a large company I am absolutely shocked that after 8 days and me calling 4 times I have heard nothing. So do yourself a favor even if it costs more to go somewhere else!

I have the lifetime alignment package. Firestone sent an email reminding me to bring in my car for routine checkup. I made an appointment online. Service was friendly and on-time. Highly recommend!

They changed the brake fluid but didn’t bleed the lines and my brakes were almost useless for a day. I had to take my truck back in to have them bleed the lines. By not doing the job right the first time they put me and others in danger and I had to go back and waste my time getting my lines bled.

If I could give this shop a zero I would. I took my car in to get a lug nut post replaced and have a nail removed and plugged and I asked them to rotate my wheels. So they replaced the lug nut post and plugged the tire. They charged me for the rotation and didn't do it the wheel I needed the post replaced on was in the same place. And the plug they put in just fell out ( luckily it was in my driveway). When I called them about these issues the manager argued with me and basically told me to get lost. So because of this I will not ever take any of my vehicles into any Firestone anywhere on the earth.

Had a screw in the side of my tire. Ken was able to get us right in change the tire and rotate them. Ken (store manager) is very professional, polite and accommodating.Very thankful for the great service

Referred by Enterprise Rental (their only tire service vendor). Had low tire pressure TPMS alert. Serviced tire previously and it showed/confirmed a slow leak. Was told it would be at least 3-4 hours (they are legit short handed). Decided to make appointment (confirmed) for the following day. Arrived for appointment as scheduled. Met with a different manager - the previous manager was not in the shop. Mentioned that he'd scheduled me an appointment - guess it was the wrong thing to say. For no particular reason the 'I don't care who the f*ck are you and why are you here' attitude began when I explained that I'd been here the day previously and told to come back. Was informed (rudely) that it would be at least TWO DAYS but probably three before the problem could be looked at. Total BAD attitude and completely unwilling to help resolve the problem or assist with finding another shop in the area. DOUBLE F DOUBLE MINUS

Made an appt. a day prior to service. A tech called me at 6:47am the next morning to confirm. The day of service (today) was called at 5:20pm telling me they didn’t have a tech available to complete the job. I took time off work to get this done. Best practice would’ve been to have an alternative ready. Instead I was told I can call another company. Despicable customer service. 0 stars.
