Love 1st Bank!Best bank I've ever been with. They always catch it when someone steals my debit card number. They inform me and handle it before I even realize what's happened. This has happened 5 times.Also, at this specific branch, I arrived right before they closed, and they stayed late to help me open an account for my teenage son who is starting his own business.Great customer service and very kind and polite!Highly recommend this bank!

Why would anybody bank here? I brought over 2 million dollars through this bank before going into nonprofit and that’s when they started to stop caring.I’ve been told twice that I would get a call on my cell and never did. Tellers say they “don’t know anything” after doubling fees out of the blue without telling anyone and they offer NO SERVICES that make you want to use them. Any big bank is better than them because at least they have services for banking and banks you can use outside Colorado.Literally, pull your money from here and go to Chase. There is NO reason to bank here.

How d*** do you have to be to deactivate your customer's old card before they've received the new one? Especially when they only requested it due to a bad chip and requested the number stay the same? This is after I had to file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to get hundreds of dollars of fees they illegally charged me reversed. This is an awful bank, avoid it at all costs. I'm switching on Monday.

I've had nothing but problems with this company since I opened a check. I tried to call a cashier's check and they held on to all but 500 of it for 2 days saying it had to clear. It's a cashier's check, the person who wrote it to me paid extra to prove that the funds are available. The cashiers at all locations, particularly one are rude and don't care. They will scoff and roll those eyes at you if they feel they have to go out of their way to help you The customer service line is even worse. God forbid you have to call them. They all make you verify who you are by multiple ways of you forgot your vocal password but won't tell you what the password is once you've answered their 20 questions. I also had fraudulent activity on my account and was told they will have someone call me. No one did. Apparently they're okay with their customers money begging stolen. I hate this bank.
