Julianna took at least 20 minutes with me walking around the store to find stuff for my nephew. We found some really fun stuff that I couldn't have found in my own. I'm so grateful for her help.

Got a yoga mat, a pair of flip-flops, and a snack for under $10. Nice!
I had to use the bathroom while I was shopping and the associate did let me in, however the bathroom was absolutely trashed. Whoever had used it last had less than zero aim. They probably got more pee on the floor and the seat and the walls than in the toilet. I was going to try to find an associate to let them know, but they all disappeared. Not so nice!

Went to the store with my kids .. my youngest (4) had to go to the bathroom and one of the workers said we couldn’t use the bathroom so I left my other child (13) shopping while I walked to the store next to it to use their restroom meanwhile my 4 year old is almost peeing his pants, I finally get back to 5 below and my daughter tells me that the other worker let her use the restroom.. I’m so frustrated that the one looked at me and my 4 year old and said no .. for what reason I don’t know

100% amazing customer service. Blake, the store manager went above and beyond to help us with my daughter's 5th birthday decor! Also, since Party City closed, 5 Below is the place to go for party favors and balloons! Thank you Blake and 5 Below!

Been to this location SO many times over the past 2 years and have never had an associate come up to me and refuse to allow me to touch, scan, & bag my own things. Not to mention he was the one who pushed the screen for debit.
It was really uncomfortable. We went back and forth a few times because I have always been able to ring my own things up without an employee on top of me. I asked why I wasn't allowed to ring up my own things and he told me those were the "rules since covid." That could make sense, but doesn't when your employee is putting their hands all over my things AND my personal bag.
The employee was NOT rude. They were calm about it.
I just don't understand self checkout if you won't let me self checkout. If you need to watch people, then watch from your space away from them. Don't hover over people and touch everyone's stuff and then claim its a covid rule.
Unreal. Very uncomfortable and weird.
Still like the store, I'll just go to another location.

I really like going to this store 2-3 times a week. I find everything i need ! This store also has the best dark chocolates :) the staff, claire, if you are reading this, Thank You for helping me out, always. One of the best staff.

This location has 6 self checkouts. They wouldn't let their customers use. 1 lady is checking out the customers on one lane. If you want people to wait to be checked out. Don't put the self checkouts in and hire more staff. This rude Karen in line, and an employee wouldn't let us self checkout. After waiting 10 mins to get checkout by the employee. I won't be shopping here again. They treat their customers like they are thieves. Hire a security guard if there are people stealing. Don't treat your consistent customers poorly.

Just got out of this store & it was a complete mess there was box’s everywhere stuff not organized the music was way to loud the back of the store was bad with product falling of the shelves
