I had Galt come out this weekend to get us moved and they were fantastic. Chris K, Brandon N, and Alfredo were quick, efficient, professional, and very personable! Mike was super communicative and helpful. I would definitely reach out to them again if I need to move again.

Mike has been in the business awhile and his experience pays off! He’s got a phenomenal team supporting him. Our move included Chris, Brandon and Gio and they were on time and finished the job ahead of schedule! I’ll never bother calling anyone else as long as Galt is around.

The price was so reasonable I had to wonder if they’d do a good job. No worries!! The two young men worked so hard and were so nice and respectful! I’d use Galt again for sure. Mike, who set up the details on the phone is great too. So thank you and God bless!

I needed movers to help me move heavy furniture around my house. From one level to another. Things like large curio cabinets, couches, buffets, roll top desks. I called and asked when they could do it, they gave me a date, which was great, because I was flexible. I did ask if it could be sooner to let me know. The owner was very professional and courteous. He told me he would do what he could. He called me back when he said he would, and moved the time and date up for me. He also said the had a large job cancel so I got 3men instead of only 2 for the same price. He was very accommodating. The men arrived right when he said they would, were very respectful of me and all my belongings. They got finished before the time they quoted me. Also offered to do anything else. It was a great and pleasurable experience. I wish I had known them before, I would have been using them for all my moves in the past, and will absolutely use them in the future. For any of my moving needs!!!! I am so pleased with them!! I can and do recommend them highly.

1st move with Galt was Sept 2018. The guys that did the move were awesome. They took care and the move was done in about 3 hours from the 1st place to the new one. Saved the number and will be using them again this Sept to move hopefully to my last place.

Mike was extremely helpful. We called to ask if they could help us move an extremely heavy piece of furniture so that we could have the room re-carpeted. Within hours they showed up and helped. The guys who came said that they would be happy to help move the piece back into the room once completed. The job was just finished, so we look forward to seeing the crew again soon.
Very reasonable. Very kind. Galt Moving is great!

Owner underestimated how much time and furniture we had to move. Trucks were completely full as well as our personal cars and movers left MANY things behind because there was no more room. Some artwork was damaged and not disclosed but actually hidden so we wouldn’t find it till movers were gone. Many scratches/damages and losses PLUS they demanded additional funds be paid to them before leaving. I would definitely think twice before hiring them again!

Simply the worst!!
BBB COMPLAINT:
They ruined several items totaling $3000+ and sent a check for $200! They claim that I picked the lower insurance, but I was never offered a type of insurance, only a price. I assumed they were fully insured. I am giving them this opportunity to pay the $3000 before I file a complaint with the insurance division of Colorado. They are required by law to offer all types of insurance and allow me to pick one. Until I got a check for nothing for the damages they admittedly caused I had no idea that I had options.

This company is the worst - destroyed a table and a new washer and dryer. Moved SLOOOOOOOWWWWLY - did not send the right number of people as promised - were late to show up there employees complained and wined the whole time. HORRIBLE.
Comments from the owner and replies
"This discount is in excess of the of the actual time it took the crew leader to rearrange items in the storage to attempt to make them fit. The actual may have been 15-30 minutes. In addition, we will not be charging you for the storage unit used as well as moving them in and out. This is an additional 2 hours of labor being provided free of charge as well as the cost of the storage unit (this is not being provided as a discount as you have not been charged for this)."
Your crew leader screwed up the storage - by his own admission! 15 to 30 minutes is a complete under estimate. The only reason storage was screwed up was because your "crew chief" completely screwed up the storage unit which I rented as a larger unit than he requested.
The added verbiage here is unprofessional and unnecessary and confrontational. I worked hard as a customer to be accommodating and non confrontational and this email has me feeling unappreciated and realizing I deserve more compensation. Your crew was completely unprofessional and constantly complaining about their job. They damaged items and initially did not want to take responsibility they were lackluster in their willingness to do there job. The manner in which they packed our storage unit will require many more hours to clear it based on how they had to pack and repack it in the end.
The owner is a complete jerk and completely unhelpful - RUN RUN RUN

This is my second time using Galt moving and it was a great experience again. They took great care of my belongings both times and were very efficient to deal with. I highly recommend this company.

Galt Moving will be our go to for movers after the experience we had with them January 10th! This was our first time working with movers so they made sure we felt comfortable and helped us with anything that needed additional packing/ wrapping. Compared to a lot of other moving companies around Denver, they were more affordable, for the work they did, it’s an incredible value.
Gio, Alfredo and Cessa were professional and efficient with packing everything in their truck and moving it into our third story walk up. They made sure everything got in to our new apartment down to a single guitar pick that was left in their truck.
Thank you again to Galt Moving and especially the guys that helped us for making our move go seamlessly. We seriously wouldn’t have been able to do it without you guys!

Galt helped us with a local move and we were SO HAPPY with the service they provided! The guys worked so hard and were incredible with the Tetris of loading our furniture into a storage unit and maximizing the space. They were professional, personable, and very careful with everything. We are 100% happy with the excellent moving services they provided and would absolutely recommend them!

My three movers, Gio, Ty and Alfredo, were on time and completed my complicated move in less than 3 hours. They were excellent in handling my items, careful in the moving and placement of them, and were also just very nice guys. I highly recommend Galt and will use them again.
