I have been visiting this store regularly the past couple years and the new manager Alicia is awesome. She has really changed the feel, and organized everything so well… it looks great. Thanks to Alicia and her team.

Used to be an inexpensive place to shop, easy to find things. The place is way too crammed and overpriced. Not to mention the donations. They won’t accept a small scratch on a chair or a chair without a table. Greed hasgotten the best of this business.

Prices have gotten out of hand. So many regular clothing items priced over $20. Absolutely not worth your time. Grew up coming to this store. So sad.

This is the most haphazard disorganized and painfully awful place to shop. Didn’t use to be like this. Why has it changed? Well, a regional manager changed all the racks across all Denver area GW locations from straight lines to circle rounds. You can’t pass through them because they butt up to one another. You spin yourself into dizzying circles trying to shop. The hangers are all in disarray because people can’t shop easily with clothes crammed into round racks. It’s horrible. I wish I could leave this review across all locations, maybe I will. The person who made this executive decision most likely has never shopped this way, because it would take about 5 minutes before you’d figure out how terrible of an idea this was. It is not the floor associates fault either. I feel bad for them having to clean up this mess on the daily. Goodwill, DO BETTER. Also, stop asking for a round up donation. It’s disrespectful to your patrons. Our purchase IS our donation, along with the millions of free items you receive from our communities every day. And don’t bother to leave a response to this with a phone number. You know it’s an empty “solution”. Another way you dismiss the people who fill your coffers.

Absolutely ridiculous. That you cannot use the change in rooms anymore. This is my take, they will let you take the item home knowing that if it doesn't fit, you bring it back to get a store credit, so they've got your money anyway. If I could leave no stars I would leave no stars. . From a very disgruntled customer.

Their dressing rooms are closed, and you can only return items for store credit.

They should be ashamed of the prices they are charging for used items! In some cases they are charging more than retail. They also train their staff to look for popular items that they will sell online instead of in store. The executives are making millions of dollars every year.

Poor customer service. Staff was unnecessarily picky and tried to re-price items that had a tag on them. Because they said it was “too good of a deal”

Never go here!!! So overpriced. One employee threatened to kill someone else who works there while I was dropping off donations. The manager here is terrible and terrible to her employees.

All I was looking for was a basic sensory hoodie and they had them priced at $30!! I was just trying to get myself something for my birthday, and left in tears. What's the point of Goodwill if everything is priced for rich people?
