A worker just screamed at me for putting my things down for a few seconds before bringing them in. Really bizarre and unpleasant experience.

This was one of the most humiliating experiences in my life. As I pulled in to drop off I noticed a man not in any sort of goodwill attire smoking a cigarette. He angrily stubbed out the cigarette and yelled at me “can I help you?” I explained I was there to drop off. He sighed and grabbed a bin and walked to the edge of the sidewalk. When I went to grab it he loudly slapped the bin and yelled “the bin doesn’t leave the sidewalk”. I said “okay, can you help me?” He said “absolutely not, if you wanted that you should have gone to a retail location.” He sat there and creepily eyed me as I unloaded everything by myself, tweaking my back in the process. I asked for his name and he replied “goodwill Phil” and also asked if I wanted his bosses name. Which means this happens often. Upon leaving I called corporate and was informed that no one named Phil works at that location. I am now heading to the police station to file a report. I believe the man who I dealt with does not work for good will. I feel violated and harassed. For a “good Christian company” this man went out of his way to treat me like dirt. I left in tears. I will never donate to goodwill again.

Tried to drop three new kids bikes off here. Guy came out just screaming at me. Apparently they open at 9am and I was there at 8:57am. It was really strange

Offered good materials, like new, and lady at the door said no way.....took them over to ARC and they were glad to see materials that were not "junk", and asked me to bring more, and I did.......Goodwill is not such Goodwill !! Their loss

Guy there was very helpful. Turns out their warehouse is full so they aren't accepting donations currently. However he added that there are a few regular GW that will accept donations between 10a-2pm.

What's the deal with the Goodwill bins not being able to leave the curb!? I tried twice to drop off goods. First time I had to park a good distance and was told I'd have to borrow chart for the store next door to bring my good to the curb because I couldn't bring the bin to my car. I left. Second time, same thing and when I said it was too heavy to carry, the store clerk said if I said please he'd be happy to help me. WHAT?! If he had offered to help I would have used my manners voluntarily. I don't appreciate the manners lesson. How is that good customer service? Think I need to find a new charity to donate goods to.
