We have gotten easily 3,000$+ in high quality furniture, flooring, bedding, and tools from here for less than $500. Nuff said. Worth a stop.

Would love to check out their selection but apparently they aren’t open on any of my days off, and run the same hours I work during the week. Pretty god damn disappointing.

I can vouch for the people in the reviews who went through the trouble of loading stuff up after spending money for a truck, taking the items over to their location, then finding out they don't want them when you get there. You can look on their website and see what they supposedly accept, but whether or not they will actually accept it is a completely different matter. It has nothing to do with the condition of the items but whether or not they think they have too many of them. And there's no way to check in advance because they do not take telephone calls. Attempt to make donations at your own risk.

Just went online to schedule a donation pickup of some brand new windows still in the original packaging. They require that you provide them a credit card (with all verifying in formation) before they will even schedule a pickup! No way I'm giving anyone my credit card just so that I can give them items that they will in turn sell. I am not going to open myself up to possible fraudulent charges on my credit card when I am not even buying from them.

We called ahead by a few days to drop-off two sofas on a specific day. This store gave us the green light and said this would be fine. Day of, after having rented a uhaul to move the sofas ourselves, the restore turned us around and refused our sofas because they were “full of sofas and not accepting more”. No one bothered to call us to tell us this. I understand this is a charity, but we literally called ahead and confirmed our donation to avoid this exact situation.

I've liked this place until today. Apparently they close early if they feel like it. So when it says 6. They mean maybe if they feel like staying open that long.

How is this so expensive? For real though maybe price things to sell and you'd move more product. It's like the most expensive thrift store but still only carrying junk that you can find in an alley or craigslist free.

Brought a Thomasville couch to donate (original cost $4400) They said in needed to be professionally cleaned before they could except it. They have been very picky other times I've donated (mostly home decor and extra construction materials). Never had a problem with Goodwill or Veterans before. We regularly give to many different organizations. I've never run into such an entitled attitude. They only want the very best donations. I guess the world has change since I was young and poor and were happy to have anything.

Worst Habitat store in town. Look elsewhere to donate furniture.

I just finished doing some community service at this place and I had a blast! The amount of stuff this place gets on a regular basis is mind boggling and from all different places that donate to them! You really gotta go check it out cause you won't believe some of the things they have furniture wise, tools, outdoor stuff, electrical, hvac even Christmas decor and Halloween outfits. And the stuff on the floor doesn't stay for long so everytime you go in you will find new different things so don't wait in something you may love thinking it will be there next time you go cause it won't! I worked every Saturday for 5 weeks and nothing was the same when I came in each week!! And the staff are amazing!!! So helpful!!! Love what they do!!!

Let me save you time half the stuff in this store is more expensive than Home Depot! I’m in my truck leaving this store to go save some money at lowes or Home Depot. It’s almost comical how expensive they are marking things up. Flooring, tile, water heater, bathtub, outdoor furniture, are all cheaper new at a retail store down the street. The big take away is I’ll never waste my time trying to save a few bucks at this store ever again. Propane tank $85 used! And Home Depot selling new $75 lol what a joke! ??

Donation center would not take furniture in great condition while there were multiple items at the dock that were broken. Will not contribute to HFH ever again. Had two mothers rocking chairs and took one but not the other because it had a floral print.
