I recently had an experience at Home Depot where I encountered an employee named Yvonne. While she efficiently checked me out I suppose, I couldn't help but notice some hygiene issues. Additionally, She engaged in political discussions, Which I found inappropriate for a retail setting. I hope the management addresses these concerns for a more pleasant shopping experience. Although I will be going to a different Home Depot next time.Update: I actually remember this employee! This is not the first time she’s done this. I was visiting this Home Depot a couple months ago with my mother and we were buying gardening supplies. My mother does not speak English very well and was having trouble understanding her total. After walking away, Yvonne and the next customer in line proceeded to talk about how “people like us” (referring to me and my mother) come to America but don’t learn how to speak the language.

Went to HD 6pm store was closed do to a party. An associate told me bear valley and another store would be open. Only needed 5 minutes to get emergency part. Both other stores were not open and it resulted in a flooded house. I drop 30k a year at this store and will not be giving them business any longer. Disappointed could of been in and out in 5 minutes

I had flooring installed in my rental condo just over 3 months ago. Everything was handled through the Home Depot location in Littleton, Colorado and I could not be more disappointed. Two transition strips are now coming up from the subfloor. One is lifting in the bedroom doorway, starting at the side with the door hinges (translation: It would be very hard to "abuse" this section of the transition strip enough to cause it to lift). The other section is near the front door, against the wall behind the door. I called Home Solutions, Home Depot's installation division or 3rd party installers, and Jenny, the Home Solutions rep, advised that they do not warranty work performed in rental units. I explained their team installed the floor just over 3 months ago and surely these repairs should be covered. Jenny advised that renters don't take care of things they way that actual owners do, thus, Home Solutions doesn't warranty their work in rentals. I checked the purchase and installation paperwork and the warranty section DOES NOT exclude rental units. In fact, terms relative to rentals (e.g., tenant, rental, non-owner, renter, etc.) are not mentioned anywhere, including in the (extensive) warranty paragraph which spells out a one-year warranty. Jenny said she'd reach out to the Littleton Home Depot store and ask them to call me. Christine from this Home Depot location called the next morning and advised any repairs would cost $150 because Home Solutions would not honor the warranty.I had always viewed Home Depot as a leader in their field and an organization that treated their customers as though they were valued. In this case, however, it appears both Home Depot and Home Solutions are hiding behind an unpublished, undisclosed (non-existent?) policy in order to avoid standing behind their very very recent work. Home Depot is traded on the NYSE and is valued at over $324 billion (yes, with a B). They really can't afford to stand behind their work in my rental unit??

Got profiled for being young and brown. It happens every time I visit but this time they sent 3 workers to follow me around the store. They think their stopping theft but their just disrespectting honest costumers. Just in case your wondering no I have never stolen anything.

I went in this store looking for a specific product.I couldn't find what I was looking for.I struggled to find help to verify that they carried the product in store. Finally, after ten minutes of searching the isles I found some help - who then sent me on a wild goose chase that didn't produce the product I wanted.I happened onto an older gentleman who basically told me they probably didn't carry it in the store, and suggested I shop their online website.

Do not order windows from this store. We ordered a bunch of Anderson windows from them for a home project. One arrived cracked. I had to bring it to the store to get a ticket issues to send a replacement sill. It’s been 3+ months with no updates. We have constantly called and half of the time it’s impossible to reach the window department. Visited twice in person, got someone at the window desk once to provide an update, it was “in their system” and messaged some customer service person within there portal. Great. No response since then. Ordered dozen plus windows from them, never again will order any custom order or windows from Home Depot. No response, no care at all from this store, zero customer service. Pleading for help to get it replaced but no one at this store seems to care at all, still have a cracked window in my home with no replacement sill in sight thanks to them. Should not be this hard.

This is my favorite location within 20 miles. They always have everything I'm looking for in stock. This is a contractor's depot not a homeowner depot. I found out the smaller locations don't stock nearly as much... The team is ALWAYS so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable!!! Highly recommend this location!

Customer service in wood department is horrible. Twice now I have gone and no one helped. Even asked over the intercom.... still no one. I normally don't leave bad reviews but this is twice this has happened. I am force to order online now, and prolong my current project. Dissatisfied ?

What is there not to love about Home Depot!? We probably should buy stock in the franchise. They have everything you need for home improvement, like carpet, tile, hardwood floors, kitchen appliances, storage items, plants, lawn care, household cleaning products, paper products, and so much more! Friendly staff, plenty of free parking, easy to get in, find what you need, and get out. See you there!

I don’t understand why basic customer service is such an impossibility with this company. Been shopping with Home Depot for many years, but recently disappointing is an understatement
