My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Maggie at H and R block for our tax appointment. Nothing to do with taxes is fun but Maggie was the sweetest person to work with and actually had my husband and myself laughing. She even took the time to explain things and breakdown our taxes for us. I would absolutely recommend her.

So my wife was there about 20 minutes ago. My daughter was filling last minute and was trying too file. Anyway my wife calls me and says i literally go there ask for help and there is like 4 to 5 workers just laughing and giggling having a jolly old time which nothing wrong with that but told my wife u need a appointment. My wife is like really u all are messing around and look free too us. They said sorry u need an appointment with attitude so ya please go somewhere else this place has bad reviews for messing up peoples taxes anyway and they don’t like too work just milk the clock. I only post reviews if u come off rude or unprofessional so please don’t respond back too this review just correct your staff please.

HR Block filed our taxes incorrectly and over the past year have canceled every appointment we have scheduled to get the issue resolved. We have been told that a manager needed to handle this but the manager wouldn’t be at the location our appointment was set at and continue to get the run around. Their incompetence to file an injured spouse form cost our family $7000+. We have scheduled ANOTHER appointment with an office to try to get something done before we hire a real tax professional for this year. If you have anything other than a simple return DO NOT use HR Block for your taxes. Maybe by creating this review we will actually get someone to call us back

I usually do my own taxes but this year was different figured I’d try H&R Block didn’t feel like the tax preparer knew what she was doing I canDefinitely tell Xuan was new took 3 hours to doa simple return and now I had to go back and do an amended return that will 4 months to process because it wasn’t done properly crestine helped me with that and filed for the rest of my money unfortunately this willbe my last year going here!
