Could not recommend this company enough! I've had two issues over the last few years that has put my company 'out of business'. Luckily, with their fast response and eagerness to help from Stephen and team at Integrity, we were only down for a few days. They are more than accommodating, reasonable and knowledgeable. I have spoken to numerous companies and not one compared to Integrity. I will be sure to refer everyone and I will ONLY be using them in the future for fixes and new purchases! Thank you again!

I had the pleasure of working with Steven and Colleen. This was great service. My site is based out of NYC, spoke with Steven for a brief consult of the issues regarding my endoclavical probe. Shipped next day and they were able to work on it and returned within a week. The probe was tested and evaluated there and they both kept great communication and updated me when I called as well. Reasonable cost to fix the misplaced lens. Definitely pleased with the service. Thanks again for the service.

I recently purchased a Sonoscape S60 from Integrity Medical Service. To say I am a satisfied customer would be an understatement. Steven, Rollie and Jackie were all incredible. They accepted my Trade-In and did whatever possible to ensure I was getting a top of the line machine for my baby face business. Jackie assisted with setup and install and gave incredible pointers on how to achieve the best image. Steven and Rollie really went above and beyond by answering all my questions and keeping communication throughout the whole purchasing process. I love my S60 and will be a returning customer for any and all of my future ultrasound needs. Thank you again! This is a quality, caring company!

As someone who is prior military, I can attest that Integrity Medical Service lives up to their name and standards. Integrity in the military means to do what is right, legally and morally. I met Tyler Bigden in 2020 and she and her team have quickly turned into family. Whenever I had a question, Tyler was able to go above and beyond and work with our needs. I have been in the Radiology field for over 20 years, have worked in multiple military facilities, worked in big organizations like Orlando Health, and have worked in multiple small facilities like Hamilton County Hospital. Tyler and her team are very involved in the process from start to finish and even after that. They work with our needs and our budget, and we couldn’t be happier. Tyler checks in on us and drops in when she is driving through town even after the job is done.
