Matt Armstrong came out to our home 2 times, both on his day off to look and make repairs on our hottub. Both times he was very professional and courteous to us. IHT and Matt have been great with advice and when needed showing up on time. They try to help as much as they can over the phone but the 2 times Matt has had to come out one time just for giving advice and another to fix something he has been wonderful to work with. Thanks Matt. Laura and Jim
