We purchased a sealy firm full size mattress, an adjustable massage frame/ remote from this store. We never got paperwork/ warranty info. The platform isn't working/ possibly remote. After MANY phone calls to customers service with no positive response, we went through several more calls to place a "claim" . Next call was better. Sealy handles mattress under warranty( 10yrs), frame/ remote has a customer service number.
Three calls later, I realize I'm calling TRINIDAD/ TOBAGO and NOT getting any response.WTH !!!That is NOT customer service, and I've got more than 30 yrs of retail, and customer service . My employees are empowered to take care of my customer needs and let corporate
Deal with the process. That DID NOT HAPPEN at J.C.P, though the manager was pleasant, she offered NO solution, other than to BUY another bed an frame! #please

I lost my receipt so I didn’t get to leave a survey but Shirley was dope! She was moving back and forth between the register and helping customers around the store. She helped me out with a few price matches, showed me some of the sales and had great customer service when she checked us out! Thank you for the help, keep being great!

On 1/16/25 i went to fine jewelry to pick up a ring that had been sized. There were 2 sales women there who were helping a customer. After continuing to wait for about 15 minutes i asked if I could be helped to pick up my ring. Both sales women said they'd be with me shortly and continued to focus on the other customer.. After waitbg another 30 minutes the 2 sales women were very involved with the same customer. I once again asked if I could be helped only to receive the same put off response. I continued to wait for about 40 minutes when finally I was helped. Very poor, rude customer service. This happened at the littleton Colorado store.

After browsing the mall I saw a whole line of people at customer service I wandered to jewelry. Karl was the highlight of the trip, offered a credit card in a fun approachable way, he was beyond helpful. Karl shout out man, I'll buy a ring from you just for the service. Thank you so much for the help!

I went in for what should have been a simple return. I ordered 3 items online that didn't work out and returned them at the Southwest Plaza location a couple of days later. All tags were attached to the clothing, I had my order number, yet the young girl who "helped" me was struggling to process the return. She was incompetent, rude, and very lazy! I asked to speak with a manager regarding her behavior, and because the refund amount was slightly off and didn't match up to exactly what I paid.
The manager was even worse and should retire! She has no managerial skills whatsoever. I could do her job 10 times better! She didn't acknowledge my concerns, didn't care about receiving customer feedback, and didn't even say hello when she came over. She made me feel like an inconvenience. The only thing she mentioned was that JC Penney's doesn't refund the ridiculous retail delivery fee that is added to online orders and that I'm not getting that money back. No where is stated online that this fee is nonrefundable. At least it's nowhere to be found during checkout.
JC Penney's should be ashamed of themselves. They are a bunch of crooks. No wonder they are struggling. I am absolutely appalled at both the behavior of the employee and the "manager." I came in to do a simple return, and it turned into a huge hassle.

Do not order from JCPenney anymore. They will just run you down a rabbit hole. Your packages will be delivered to the wrong house and you’ll be told to wait an extra 2 days before any next step. Then they’ll tell you to file a police report for a package being delivered to the wrong house. Police won’t do anything about UPS delivering things to the wrong address. Used to love this store but this is ridiculous.

I placed an order for store pickup, but when I tried to utilize curbside, I got an error. I called the number provided, which was the main JCP number, but the extension the message said to use was actually invalid. The operator didn't answer, the women's department didn't answer, the men's department didn't answer.....ZERO customer service! I went home, and ordered it to be shipped.

I have been a very loyal JC Penney customer and at this point I doubt I will ever shop there again. We purchased wedding rings on 6/16. It takes about 3 weeks to get them sized. I was in the store today and now my ring is $399 cheaper than what we paid. If it were not for the fact we were specifically told we bought at what would be the best sale of the season we would have waited. That sales person was there today and told the store manager she had told us this. I then spoke to the store manager who basically told me too bad. I said that was not acceptable so she then provided me a customer service number that could assist me further. Guess what that customer service # only deals with on-line orders. She clearly knew this when giving me the #. To boot I was told by Erick at the 800 # that managers there won’t speak directly with customers. I am deeply disappointed that this is how JC Penney deals with loyal customers. I have no doubt they could do something to make this right. Now I feel obligated to let others know about my experience. Shame on you JC Penney!
I appreciate the store owner reaching out but I have no idea how to send the store a private message so I am stuck but I would very much like to be in contact. I am happy to come into the store to meet or give someone there my contact information to pass along to the store owner.

The store announced 30 minutes to closing time. Older short lady was starting to lock the doors and could have let us out but told us to go into Mall area to exit. Not many people in the store and most likely I will not go back, although my cashier Carol was kind and helpful.

I would like to give kudos to Elias R at the SW Plaza Penneys. He is always so pleasant and very informative. He is always very busy but always remains very cool, calm and collected. Customer service has gone away at most places but Elias maintains and uses those skills and I really appreciate it.
