One day I could not log into my keybank account with some error code. I went in to ask why I could not and they said something about a fraud case so I would have to wait upto 2 months to regain access. I kept coming in to see if there were any updates and I kept hearing conflicting answers when I would be able to log in. I could not even deposit or withdraw money. Eventually I got a letter my accounts were closed after calling them, they said I did not fill out a witness testimony form which they never even gave me at the branch. Luckily I got my money back though.

No counter staff, branch manager is literally sitting in his office and won't budge to help. I literally sat waiting to do a deposit for 20 minutes and finally just walked out!!! I will never come back to this location!!!!

Wanna share how wonderful Jesus Corral was. I came into the branch flustered because a scammer had my account info. He was so calm and helpful in moving my money into a new account. Assuring me the scammer wouldn’t have access to it anymore.
I noticed how everyone in the branch kept coming to him for questions and he had the answers for all of them. If he isn’t a manager he should be. The way he handled everything with ease and confidence proved he could be easily. Made sure to assure me everything would be ok. Called me when the account was officially closed to give me peace of mind. Love to give him 5 stars and hope whoever his superior is sees this he was wonderful.

Worst bank in the city. They don't even have a counter staff to even try to help customers quickly. They run a bunch of credit application scams on just about anybody that enters the building. They charge you to apply but keep that in the small print knowing most people would never qualify. They do not stand by your side when your card gets scammed either. Key Bank policies and staff are nothing but a bunch of losers!

This location is awful. Although they have a drive-thru option, it is ALWAYS closed so you actually have to go in and wait for a personal banker, because they don't staff for counter transa ctions either. Not interested in customer convenience at all.

I came here to do routine banking stuff and I dont expect much friendly interaction with the employees. But I was wrong, the employee was friendly and engaging even a few mins before they closed, we got to talking about money market and other banking topics that most people wouldnt understand, but since I have a financial background, I found it interesting and we even talked about personal things, its like the employee was a long lost friend that I havent seen since college. True customer service all around.

This has been long overdue but this key bank location is in my opinion the worst location in Colorado, they have literally two employees for the whole branch, the teller stations are closed and as well as the drive thru is closed,I have talked to the banker about why this bank is hardly operating and they said it’s management not trying to spend more money or being understaffedThis is truly not what key bank offers in other/multiple locations.this location really sours key banks reputationIf any regional can please look into this because this is crazy and I should not have to wait 30minutes for a 20 dollar withdrawalI have 2 business accounts which this makes it really hard to operate when I need everyday transactions, I might switch to canvas if this continues

I asked for the hours of the bank and it told me that the atm is 24 hours. This information was not helpful.

Beware! This bank no longer offers fraud protection on business accounts. If you get your bank info stolen and used, they will not give provisional credits anymore nor will they pursue the case. After 90 days they close the case and you're on your own. And without being required to issue provisional credits there is no reason for the bank to spend the funds on manpower to chase down the fraud. You will be screwed and on your own. And when the fraud occurs at a home depot good luck fighting that conglomerate. If you travel without providing travel notes they'll freeze your account after 1 small transaction. But if someone steals your info you can purchase gas in Colorado, and 45 minutes later they'll allow someone else to spend $1100 in Washington state and then allow a $3500 transaction in California 3 hours later, all being in store purchases at home depot's before turning your account off. If you fall victim to fraud call this bank everyday all day until they do their job. That is what I am doing. Stay away from KeyBank at all costs!

ATM is constantly erroring out during cash deposits and eating the money, tellers are extremely unhelpful, providing phone numbers to dispute lines no longer in service and just in general not knowing the status of their own equipment. Very frustrating.
