Last night, my son's car broke down and he needed a jump start, while he was in the mountains. We called the customer service number and the quickly dispatched a service truck and got him back on the road! Thank you AmFam!

Filed a claim due to wind damage to roof and fence. Within one week all aspects of the claim process was completed. This office, filing of the claim and the adjuster were fantastic. Been a client for decade’s and will never change companies!

Kim Barber has been a wealth of information especially having two teenager drivers. She is always available or gets back to me quickly when I have questions. We have a house and three cars.When one of my vehicles got road paint on it, Kim helped get us in contact with AMFAM personnel that helped us get it fixed right.Kim is always friendly and willing to help with any and all of my questions.You can't go wrong with having Kim!!!!!!!!!!
