I always shop this king soopers. They have always been helpful and pleasant. Rx are usually ready in a timely matter and Peter in the pharmacy is awesome. He always knows who I am and is so pleasant. He really deserves something special for his kindness and the way he treats people . He is always there with a smile and calls me by name before I even give it to him. Over and beyond

It would behoove Kroger King Soopers to have their everyday high priced items and sale items and store directory actually match after a reset that was completed months ago. As a ada shopper this was just a cluster. Kroger has totally dropped the ball over the thirty three years that I've shopped and patronized their locations. All I hear anymore is a bunch of bull. They wasted years on a merger and couldn't even keep their locations properly in stock and signed properly? Like I guess I should get on a ladder with no lungs and change their directories and signage in store? I've been dissatisfied and just moved past it. But well, they want to combine to be more competitive ? How about just doing the least possible to make in store shopping compliant and easy for your ada shoppers. At least I can hope I'll die soon and not have to keep trying to shop them as a formerly satisfied customer. Poor poor poor job folks. If you can't manage your own locations. Stop dreaming of mega monopolistic mergers and do your least to make your locations actually shippable dissatisfied is way above my recent experiences . I mean. Maybe AI can start to help you run your stores. You certainly do not properly staff and have in stock promoted items. It's not supply chain. It's a basic pattern of bait and switch . Stop advertising your items that you dont even have a singular stocked product just apologetic labels. A bunch of trained monkeys from the zoo are likely better than what you are serving your valued long time customers . Very sad. Hope you exit the Colorado market. Because you have totally screwed up a once very competitive and great chain of stores. Sadly I don't even like leaving this review. I'm only hoping that you correct your terrible practices and return to having good stores here. But I'll keep trying to shop with you. And will change my rating if it merits it. I'm not overly optimistic about that. As well I'll be looking at the other options I'm our Colorado market. Maybe a regional like hy vee from the Midwest can come in and fix what you've ruined here. What's the excuse now? I can hardly wait . Poor job folks. And it's not the local workers I'm sure it's the ever present squeezing out of having actual human beings working in your stores . Stop trying to expand. And get back to basics of a grocery store. Nobody gives a rats ass about high end cheese shops. Not when you can't even cover your own essential and affordable items. So like what? I should start growing my own food? May as well.
