I have had so many encounters with rude staff here. The customer service is terrible and they assume anyone of any minority race is stealing while treating non minority customers with the utmost respect. I'll never shop here again. Disappointing since King Soopers has always been my favorite place to shop.

Rude and discriminatory staff. I have to assume that all of these high rated reviews with vague or nonexistent comments are bought and paid for by the management.

Bad . It is the worst service I have ever seen. Nothing can be processed, the dial fails and calling a number is a waste of time.

I stopped at this store because I was going to another store in the complex. I wish King Soopers had the variety that Safeway has. This store seems very limited on brands of can goods, condiments and baking ingredients.

They usually have about everything, and the prices are good. The entire digital coupon experiment has to come to an end. It's too confusing. Either something is on sale or it's not. The customer shouldn't have to waste time scrolling through the app to find the right coupon.

I would love to know why you ration some of the dog food. I purchase dog food there but for some reason they only put out 2 or 3 cans each day. It's always on the top shelf and if you are lucky enough to see more cans in the back they cannot be reached by the consumer. All the stores do this. The food is expensive 4 bucks a can and now I have to spend money to travel every day because they still think 2 cans is sufficient. I'm tired of the daily trip to be disappointed yet again.

I've been a frequent shopper here for years now, but unfortunately I can't ignore this one glaring issue any longer. Lately, each time I've been trying to use the self checkout area, the machines call an employee over after every seven items or so. Less, if the machine doesn't like my bags. At first I thought it was me, but no, this isn't just happening to me, it's happening to everybody. I was at the store last week, and there was this employee literally having to do something for almost every customer, apologizing to everyone as he tried to get these machines to leave us alone. It was so bad, that he apologized to me when he first fixed something for me, then when he had to fix another error (two minutes later), he didn't remember he had already helped me due to how many people he had had to help. According to him, this has been going on for over a month..... What??? How has this been allowed to go on for a month? Has no one noticed this? I would go to a normal checkout lane, but this place only ever has one open. How is that supposed to help anyone? C'mon, King Soopers, let's fix this...

During a recent downpour, the manager organized her staff to supply customers with umbrellas and raincoats. The customers got to their cars, drove to the entrance and staff loaded their groceries into their car. The customer then handed the umbrella or raincoat back for the next person. Brilliant! When I thanked the manager the next time I was in the store, she said she believed her store was there to serve the community. She walks the talk. Well done!
