I wasn't much of a "gym" person but with Koko I workout more consistently and generally enjoy it---sometimes it's a hard!!I like that I don't have to remember what weight I need for each exercise---that's all done for me.The staff are always very friendly and ready to help.

Koko Fit is a great way to stay in shape. The individually tailored weight programs work well, and you can attend any time you like. I've been a member now for over six years and wouldn't consider anything else.

Awesome smaller gym. No showers, sauna or frills they do have lockers so you can at least change and put your valuables in a safe spot. overall the gym is a bit more modern and they have a fob that tracks your activities and calories burn and guides you through the excersize and coaches you on form. there is also a yoga and stretching area but I didn't get a picture of that. The staff is super nice and there is early a crowd. Masks are required but it's all good, let's protect eachother. Have a good workout.

Excellent attention to individual needs. TJ and Sharon are passionate advocates of good health and living one's best life. No other similar venue compares. The unique Koko Fitness regimen is the most user-friendly and exacting workout program I've experienced. I HIGHLY recommend the team at this location.

Love this club ! Top of the line technology and gives members the ability to just turn off your mind and work out ! This Club is the cleanest I’ve seen in the Denver metro area and they use all non toxic/non chemical sanitization which is ideal for the health conscious community !

One year to the day. BMI down around 4.5 points, strength more than doubled, total weight lifted 2,070,606 lbs. Nothing hurts. I'm doing advanced level HIIT on the elliptical. Not bad for a 61 year old guy with asthma. This is one heck of a program if you'll just show up.

I love the knowledge and technology used to get you the perfect workout. I've had many trainers through the years and have spent a ton of money. Their machine is like having your own personal trainer at a fraction on the price. I highly recommend. I am now going to be a lifer.
