EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!! I bought a convection oven from Lowe's in early December. We were told the delivery date would be on Dec 11. They ended up dropping it off and not telling us. It was shoved behind our garbage cans. Which we had no idea it was there, and right before a snow storm. When my wife and I attempted to contact Lowes about installation the phone just rang and rang all day. So I went in on my day off. I spoke to a man who took $45 from me and told me it was towards the install. The company that Lowe's subcontracts through for installs only had available days weeks out. To be clear, it's not even for the install itself. It's for the "detail" where they come and look at the oven and the kitchen it's going in. They assign you a day. They don't ask what works for your upcoming schedule. They simply tell you "this is when it's going to happen". If you call, you will only get a robotic voice asking you if you'd like to keep your appointment or not. No human. At this point we have no working oven and we are having to wait until the end of the month just to have this subcontracted company look at it. No price quote yet. No real communication with this company. We are EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED. We will NEVER be shopping at Lowe's ever again. Everything about this transaction was just BAD.

Bought 5 appliances one year ago. Bought warranty. Had a problem with one of them. Lady in customer service gave me a flyer and told me to go read it.Customer service is not good. Need better help!

Ordered and paid for a dishwasher with Insall and delivery on 6/15/23; they estimated install for 6/19 (7days) and would call me in 48 hours to schedule. 3 days later they had not called so I called them and they told me that they did not have the unit as they had advertised and they would let me know the next week when they had it and they would then schedule installation. Online the website says it can be delivered free to my house the next day (Friday). I called the install dept; the customer service center and the store fulfilling the order (this store) and was on the phone for a total of 4 hours with no resolution. I am currently still on hold with the store after 20 min waiting to speak to cust service again.

I loved the customer service here, everyone was very nice and helped me find the perfect appliances and the perfect paint color I needed.Go here instead of Home Depot.

Customer service is horrible. Had to go to another Lowe's to process a return because "their store run on red vest" .the other store was on the phone with them, they refused to help me and they told me on the phone it was BS and they just didn't want to help me I was about to be a home Depot only person because they didn't warranty kobalt drill I recently bought and other things. They just want to go there and work a few hours and leave without helping the customer who has. A pro account and thousands of dollars spent on tools at that store. Thank you aurora store for helping me without hassles. Do not come to this store... They do t care about you

This is specifically for the delivery/install service! *the salesman i worked with in-store was very helpful and kind. he gets 5/5 stars!*absolutely awful communication and customer service by the delivery and install team!!!!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I will be going to a competitor next time, even if the cost is higher. Short summary: was told the delivery team would call the day before to give me a delivery window. Did not receive call. Day of delivery, I received a call saying the team was 5 mins away. I rushed home, they had left even after I specifically said what time I would be back (20 mins), because they "don't wait longer than 15 mins." When I called customer service, I was given no help and an absolutely horrible attitude. Fire everyone responsible for the delivery logistics and figure out how to do business the right way!

I came in to rent a carpet cleaner. I was informed that even though they had two units sitting there, they couldn't rent them out because the "barcodes aren't matching up and we need to wait till all the other units are returned" then another employee told me that a bunch of stuff is getting stolen, every time I speak to an employee they seem confused two units sitting there and they can't rent one to me. Bizarre I asked for a manager and someone else came and spoke to me and I don't think they were a manager. I could be wrong.

As soon as I walked in the front door the employee at the paint counter asked me if I needed any assistance. I told her what I needed and she confirmed with another employee and then sent me in the direction of where I needed to go. I was able to find my item quickly and effectively and head up to a fast and convenient check out. As much as I like to browse hardware stores I also like to get what I need and be on my way. This trip served as both.

Worst Lowes ever! I tried to return a drill that I never even took out of the box. I had the receipt bit I guess I looked "shady". The return clerk told me I had to go back to the Lowes I bought it from because he thought I was Shady. I walked out and said Im never going to shop here ever again.I talked to the assistant manager about what happened. I came back in and the same clerk called me shady again! Then he decided to mock me in front of the manager. The manager just told him to go somewhere else. I finally got my money back. As I was waiting for the manager to go get the money, the other clerk started the same thing with an elderly couple over a broken light bulb they were trying to return. I always preferred to go to Lowes, but its just getting worse and worse. They've officially lost a customer

AVOID AVOID!!!! FRAUD!!! Avoid this Lowe's location at all costs. They have cost us thousands of dollars of our own money and time!!!! Their managers, sales associates, and anyone who works in this store will lie to you! Their manager lied to our face multiple times. Delivery is terrible!!!!!Service is terrible!!!They will mess up your order!Avoid avoid avoid. Their corporate office is investigating.
