The culture of customer service in this store can be best summed up as appalling.
Having spent a considerable amount of money last year at THREE Lowes stores in the USA, this one in Littleton is the worst with a service culture that deters customer loyalty.
As a business owner this level of customer care and service culture would prompt me to evaluate each employee for service excellence.
In Colorado I rate the Arvada store as good, with the Colorado Springs store behinh slightly ahead.
Top of the Lowe's" "pile " has to be the store in Couer D Alene Idaho.earning $23 , 000 of my business last year.
Colorado Lowes, take note!
Idahoan Lowes business culture could teach you a thing or two !

Horrible service, staff is not knowledgeable. Bad experience with using their door service that costs to send someone out to measure your doors. Measurements were a quarter inch off and no one in doors knew what door I needed. Not worth 3 weeks of waiting to get door measurements. Went to nearby home depot, they sent someone out In 2 days and had the measurement with what doors choices I could get same day....

I was at the flooring department for about 25 minutes looking for help
Trying to find some laminate and this two gentleman were just walking around talking to each other and not helping anybody
They did not refuse to help just ignore I like coming to Lowe’s but this is my last time at this one

This location is awful. They will have you place an online order, wait a week and then you’re order you paid for wont arrive in full. They’ll then refund you after you ask them, not because they offer. And to top it all off they will lie about how many you received until you get home and count and it’s off. And their response is a giggle followed by “I guess I can’t count”. You also apparently can’t order or get people the stuff they paid for.
Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot or any other Lowe’s. This one could close and no one would miss it.!

Cashier was asleep at the station, I didn’t want to be rude so I made a small noise to get her attention. She seemed very annoyed that I needed to pay and check out. Normally don’t leave these kinds of reviews but if I was running this store I’d want to know 😅

Desolate and vast... no employees in Windows and Doors on a Friday afternoon
This Lowes should have been closed - no one to help order blinds and garage door
I did buy light bulbs
I went thru self serve check out.

I go in today in a hurry. Someone approaches me and I think he is going to help me. Instead, he starts some sales pitch. Nobody to help me find what I need, only someone to distract me and slow me down with his pitch.

This company doesn't even deserve one star, we ordered two different major appliances from them and had them delivered to our house, both items had damage to them. The worst one, they said they couldn't replace or return because it was a few ours outside the 48hr return policy that is not stated very clearly anywhere. Went to the store to talk to someone, they wouldn't help and then called customer service and they were no help either. So now we are expected to pay for a brand new washer that was damaged by them or the delivery people, that's insane. Don't waste your time or money with Lowe's! They are a 86 Billion dollar company and they can't fix the issue we have that they caused, we'd rather give our money to some other company that takes care of their customers.

Going to Lowe's is like going to a funeral parlor. No one there looks like they want to be there. I have never had a hello or greeting. Must be the worst vibe in a store, almost as bad as Walmart.
