The manager on duty very rude to me. I was trying to exchange a faulty water fall and he was just straight up did not even care. Didn't catch his name but awful customer service. I went else where and got great service I will not ever shop at this location again. I myself work in retail if a product is faulty we make it right.

I think this Lowe’s is so clean and organized. I was trying to buy some appliances and the manager Cory was so patient and helpful. I love Lowe’s !

It's a giant big box store, like many others. Staff are friendly and helpful, but their online inventory may not represent what they have in store, or it actually may be displayed. But the online location is at least a place to start.

I was lied to by the person that signs you up for the advantage card. They specifically told me I would not have to make a payment on the balance of the card for a year and it would not accrue interest unless there was still a balance after a year. This is clearly not the case after speaking with the billing department. I would highly advise training your staff to not lie to customers so they have to pay more money than originally planned. I would not have signed up for this card if this was the case and all billing said was well that’s not the case and that he shouldn’t have said that. Thanks for being SO honest and helpful so you can make more money from your customers.

I wish this store was closer to my house as it really is my favorite home improvement store. There is always plenty of safe and well lit parking. The property is clean and well maintained. The staff has always been exceptionally pleasant and helpful to me. Plus, they have excellent holiday decorations options as well as a huge selection of home appliances. My favorite brand of tools is Kobalt and I believe Lowe's is the only place they can be purchased. When Sears went under, they started selling Craftsman as well. I find the prices to be extremely reasonable and right in there with other like stores. I especially enjoy all the veterans they employ there. That's a big thing for me. Thank you Lowe's for running such a helpful and clean store.

Purchased a microwave oven on Sept 20th amongst all other kitchen appliances, and we are still waiting for CRST to do the labor/installation. We've easily missed 6 days of work waiting at home with excuses such as the installers can't do the labor, assessment is needed, parts are needed, additional labor charges, etc. It is absolutely unacceptable. Today, we were scheduled for the 2-6pm window, and when I called at 4:30 p.m., I was told they would be here by 6 pm. It's 6:20PM, and yes, I've tried it all, Lowe's store and appliance manager, CRST, IST. You would think after they sent an assessor to confirm the labor and parts needed, it would be figured out. Looks like this microwave will remain in my living room into the new year! If you haven't gathered yet, this is a cry for help. Please get this darn microwave installed. So. I have been to this location several times. I never can find any help. (A couple of months ago. The guys at the blinds were very nice though. I have to give them 5 stars. ) but other than that not good. I was at self checkout today. I had two items. One of them was toilet paper. The lady overseeing the self checkout was literally breathing down my neck as if I was going to steal something. If you are that worried, stop being a greedy corporation and start opening your checkout stands and pay your help.

What I love about the world today is I could look the item up online to see first if it was in stock. It was in stock and then the website directed me to the specific aisle and bin. Can you make it any easier for me? Thanks!
