Made an appt for makeup application. Web scheduling didn't work so had to call store twice and get a callback to get this scheduled. I arrive for appt and they don't have it on the schedule. I wait for 20 mins (it was only a 15 min appt) while the sole clerk helps a walkin customer with basically an unscheduled makeup application for over 15 mins without so much as telling me sorry for the wait or I'll be right with you. I would not waste time making an appt with them and I'll go elsewhere from now on.

Ok MAC store. Usually has what wife wants and can get in and out fairly quick. Help usually is responsive and will assist customers when needed.

The women here are very ‘Regina George’ in a way… they’re mean but think because they smile it excuses their tone/attitude. I just feel like I was being rushed out the entire time and Chloe could be seen rolling her eyes and sighing exasperatedly like sorry I expect you to do your job ma’am, must be so hard. Just an overall uncomfortable feeling the entire time I was there. Will never be going back

Seriously the rudest employee's I've experienced anywhere in a long time. I went in with to exchange a palette that I had purchased and was broken. It was just over 30 days, and I couldn't come earlier because I had COVID. All I wanted was an exchange, not to even return. I understand return policies, and I get it (plus my 5 years from being a customer service supervisor), but it's the way both employees talked to me that had me rattled and crying when I left the store.I walked through Nordstrom's to get to my car, and was literally asked what was wrong because I was so upset. The employee took me over to the makeup counter, and found the pallet they sell and exchanged it right then and there. My loyalty will be with Nordstrom's from now on, but I will not be buying MAC products.

The people who work at most of the Mac locations are super knowledgeable about their products. I appreciate them being so friendly and willing to match you with the right colors and products. They also have a great recycle program, bring in 6 empty containers in exchange for a free lip color or eye shadow. And make sure to sign up for their birthday rewards, all kinds of freebies!

This store is terrible and definitely a poor reflection of the Mac brand. I went in and scheduled an appointment for my wife as a Christmas present. They set the specific date and time and told me for her to budget an hour. I purchased a $200 gift card for her to use. When she showed up, they said they don't even do appointments after I had watched the girl enter the appointment the week before. Either it is a huge bait and switch or the person in the store today just didn't want to do their job. My wife was in tears after what was supposed to be a special present for her. Definitely won't be spending another penny there.

I was in the Mall this afternoon and I quickly left as I felt very unsafe! Crowds terrible, no social distancing, stores not enforcing rules. Why are restaurants closed and the Mall is an overcrowded INDOOR space and open??? Security needed here.

I am glad that some stores are are back open and giving some sense of normalcy. MAC is my go to store for make up needs. I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed any assistance. Currently due to covid precautions, no sampling of ANY items and make overs are halted. I have quite a few points so I probably have 3 make over sessions to redeem once things resume to full operations, if that ever happens. I came in to repurchase powder foundation and get inspiration to my Halloween Wonder Woman comic inspired costume. Normally I would've gone and had the make over. I was informed that the Back to Mac program is still running. I have so many empties to return and it's good to know I can redeem the empties to treat myself. I'll be returning here for more purchases and I'm happy with the customer service experience.
