Found what we were looking for. Had great assistance in lingerie! The escalator going down wasn't operating. We needed the elevator, which was tricky to find with limited staff available to ask. Otherwise, everything was good!

I went to go buy some makeup cause the Sephora upstairs no longer carries bare minerals in store. The sales associates were very sweet and helped me find a new loose powder.
