I had a terrible experience at Macy’s in Lone Tree. The staff were incredibly rude and unpleasant from the moment I walked in. They seemed uninterested in helping customers and gave off an attitude as if I was bothering them. Windows are filthy and the store is dirty and unkempt. I won’t be returning to this store again.

I went to Macy’s on Park Meadows to check a Ray ban sunglasses that I saw on Macy’s online websites. I saw the sunglasses and I asked the guy if they have the Ray ban sunglasses that cost $83.00. He said they do not have it and he didn’t even check in the cabinet. He just kept on working and he said to me to check it at Castle Rock outlet. I showed him the Ray ban sunglass is on Macy’s website. When he told me to check it out at Castle Rock outlet, I told him that the sunglass is at Macy’s website. And I just walk out. I do not understand why Macy’s manager would hire an employee who is rude and does not have good customer service. Sometimes I preferred to do online shopping . Macy’s did bad shipment on some of my orders. This past December I ordered 1 perfume, a Tarte eyeshadow. I received my orders but I received 3 perfumes and 2 eyeshadows. Of course, I returned 2 of the perfumes and 1 eyeshadow. They just messed up with the shipment. To the hiring manager please hire a friendly employee. No wonder some Macy’s stores are closings because customers do not want to see or encounter rude unfriendly employees.

If you buy in store, they won't help you online. That's all I need to know to stop shopping at Macy's, that exactly How a retail store goes out of business. What a terrible experience.

I visited the service counter at around 5:00 pm December 26 to return some clothes that weren't the correct size. A man who I think was named Kumar and a woman named Jackie were working the counter. After they couldn't get the receipt number to work, they took my license number? and then asked me for the address on the license??. I asked why and she said something along the lines of 'i just need it's, most of the interaction was very short and dismissive. Anyways, I gave them my old address because that's the one on the license. Then they tell me it's getting mailed there and I'm like confused and they just give me a receipt and say that's all they can do for me. Without explaining any of why and they didn't explain why they needed the address and now I guess they can't change where it's getting mailed. So a $70 check is just going out into the world and I'm out my Christmas gift.... A very frustrating experience overall.

I show up with an unopened perfume that my mom mistakenly bought and because I did not have my mom’s receipt or order number they would not exchange it for the correct perfume. They say they were not able to query for a receipt by last name ZIP Code anything other than order number. This might’ve been a business practice in the year 2000 but it’s very dated and keep me from shopping at Macy’s in the future

Why will Macy’s join Sears, Big Lots and others? Lack of customer service. I tried calling Macy’s at Park Meadows Mall all day on 12/20/24 and no matter what the extension, whether it was Jewelry or Fragrances or Home, or even the executive offices, no one EVER picked up. I guess I won’t be doing my Christmas shopping there. Say bye bye Macy’s.

Huge selection of goods, but I don't like the clothes. I couldn't find anything for myself. Although you can buy any cosmetics and perfume here.
