I recently purchased a pre-owned certified Hyundai Santa Fe from McDonald Hyundai in Littleton. Our sales consultant was Doe Jolly. I can't say enough about how great she is. Simple, straightforward sales, no high pressure, insight into various brands and models. Doe has been selling for quite a while, and her depth of knowledge really helped us out. She also followed up, including stopping by our house to take care of some minor administrative items. Doe - you are a rock star, thank you so much for a great experience.

I can't believe it! I reached out to them online, lured by their promotional incentives, only to swiftly encounter a scam. They shamelessly include items that I never even asked for, inflating the price. And what's their excuse? They have the audacity to claim that they can't control it, only to later confess that they can and make it my problem. Their absurd justification is that they supposedly explain it on their website. Allow me to translate their deceit for you:"We're adding dealer-determined options to your car because apparently, you're incapable of making an informed decision about these options. Oh, and by the way, we also need the extra money. So, no option for you. We're imposing these additions on your car for your own good." How infuriating! Well let me exercise my option to buy an airline ticket, fly to a dealer who allows me to control my buying decisions and I will drive the car back.

Working with the service department has been absolutely exhausting. These people do not communicate at ALL. When a customer calls to get a status on their vehicle because the employee won't do it willingly and then to have the employee give excuses is what's so disappointing. This is not customer service. There has no been mistreatment from me. It's laziness and lack of communication from this department . I advise you to find another dealership

I am not the most exsperienced with cars. i always ask questions and try to clarify. they took advantage of my little knowledge. i was charged way more than i should have been for stuff they didn't even fix. the process was horrible. i went to jiffy lube and they immediately fixed, found and helped me with every problem i had without scamming me out of my money. hyundai didn't even ask me questions. just gave me the things with the highest price, smallest solution. one other thing i'm having a hard time understanding... i told them my break light was out and they said it wasn't. they double checked but the second i turned my car on it was out. CRAZY labor prices for problems they don't fix. Don't suggest... save your money!!!! and if you don't fully know what your talking about, DO NOT GO HERE!

The 2nd dealership we visited while looking for a new vehicle. After being treated rudely by the first, we stopped to see what they had to offer. Was greeted by David and he was so great, even when "I just wanted to look at cars". We test drove a couple, settled on a Santa Cruz -a sexy grandma car- and David was patient, kind and low pressure.Matt on the finance side was equally lovely. If you need a vehicle, please check out McDonald Hyundai.

I rarely ever post a negative comment on here, but McDonald Automotive seems to think its funny and that I am calling just to "vent" to them. Purchased a New 2023 Ionic 5. Sales person did an amazing job selling the car and I feel even went above and beyond what she needed to do until this issue came up. One of the perks buying it was free charging from Electrify America for two years [Which is a huge savings in money}. But there is an issue my car not being able to use this and they have been working on it to get it fixed for 3 weeks now. No communication from the sales person unless I text or call. The response time on getting back to me from text and calls is about a day and a half before she reaches back out, or doesn't call back when I leave a message to call me. Yesterday, she told me that a manger would call me today. Never happened. Called to talk to the sales person today, she's busy, so asked to speak to the manager. Told they didn't think there was a manger there, but she would check. The manager got on the phone, says he knows about the issue. I asked why no one is returning calls to me or keeping me updated and told him I was "pissed" that they were avoiding me. He responded......"Are you calling to vent? then laughed. Said that the free charging has nothing to do with them and he is working on trying to get it resolved. Super loyal customer to McDonald Automotive and have purchased 3 cars and referred multiple people who also bought cars from them. Not sure I will ever be back with the way this is being handled and lack of communication. And hopefully they make good on the free 2 years of charging or this is going to cost me even more.

worst customer service in sales !avoid Payton. extremely rude and pushy as well as disrespectful. New car purchases are huge investments. salespeople need to be aware that we customers need to be treated with kindness and respect ! don't go here

I went to this dealership to inquire about the lease special for July on an Ioniq 5. I knew nothing about an electric car. Kyle McMillen was very kind and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the entire process. I know if I have any questions, I can always contact Kyle or Billie McMillen. No hard sell, no pressure, just an excellent experience!

My experience with this Hyundai it was bad! The first time I went they asked if I had money to pay, like of course I do!!!! Second time I went I tried to get a car and they where abusing of the the price, they were selling a car worth $42,000 at $60,000, there's no Justice. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL!!!!!! SO SAD....I negotiated a car that's worth 44,385 and they wanted a 3,000 of down payment they want a monthly payment of 835 by 84 month, make the math!! That's unfair!!!

AVOID MCDONALD HYUNDAI SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I used to be a loyal, regular customer and gave them the benefit of the doubt on previous mistakes...overcharging for work, charging for parts that weren't installed, etc. We're all human, right? But, after my Tucson was damaged last September courtesy of the tik-tok challenge it became clear that McDonald Hyundai service is simply INEPT. Once again, parts were charged for and never included. Communication is extremely poor...virtually impossible to reach by phone...only slightly better when texting your service advisor. The service dept. manager was rude to my wife. Finally, they mishandled payment and came after us nearly a year later for more money, threatening with a collection agency. Unbelieveable!McDonald has lost my business forever. Likely I won't buy another Hyundai, thanks to McDonald.

My wife and I decided to purchase a Hyundai Tucson a few months back. We've had a great experience buying our Elantra a few years back, so we decided to head to McDonald Hyundai for our Tucson purchase. We were greeted by a gentleman named Payton Ballew. He was super friendly, and we were happy he would be our sales consultant. We went for a test drive, and Payton did an amazing job showing us all of the features of the Tucson. We were sold by the time we got back from the test drive. Payton was incredibly patient with all of our questions, regardless of how stupid some of them probably were. He walked us through the sales process, and made the entire transaction super fun, and extremely easy. He's also just a really cool person to just sit and talk with. We would absolutely go back and request Payton if we buy another Hyundai. Both my wife and I highly recommend him. He was amazing!

I have never been to this dealer. I did not buy a car from them. This dealer sent a customer's SSA-89 with their SSN, Name, DOB information to me, a random person, trying to get a loan pushed through. This is how you get your identity stolen. Mishandling of personal identifiable information should be a crime these days. I notified the manager and they apologized. I still get emails about my new Ford Fusion. This place is a joke, beware. Since they asked me to post a review, I figured why not.

We bought our Tucson Sport in 2016 at Arapahoe Huyndai. It was a horrifying experience. After that, we decided to bring our car for service to this location. Until roughly 2020, the team was attentive and helpful. They would even run your car thru the wash as an added courtesy after service. Then things started going downhill, and this week, my husband called twice, leaving a message both times to schedule service. Crickets. I guess they don't need the business. Car dealerships are all about the sales and sketchy at best.
