Aside from the initial same day service completion estimate that turned into two and a half days, this shop has been horrible. I would not recommend coming here.
I came here a few weeks ago to get new suspension (Struts, Shocks, UCA's) and a driveshaft support bearing put on. After the work was completed, I had to go to a different auto shop to get an alignment done because this shop doesn't do them. I took it to brakes plus and they discovered that one of the bolts in the upper control arm had not been secured AT ALL. It was just sitting there freely. Now, a few weeks later, I heard a clanking up front as I turned into a gas station. Thankfully this gas station was next to a NAPA auto parts so I went over and asked for help. They discovered that my driver-side CV boot was destroyed because the sway bar link was ALSO NOT SECURED!! Literally, no nut or anything has been holding the sway bar link in for the past few weeks.
I'm shook that this was completed by a "professional". After spending 1K here, I now have to get more work done to my truck just to rectify the piss-poor workmanship at this Meineke location. I'm stressed just thinking about what else they may have done incorrectly or just they DIDN'T DO AT ALL. Please..Don't bring your vehicle here.

I enjoyed my visit to Meineke. They were quick with my oil change and all was smooth as silk.
Jason is a delight. I enjoyed my conversation with him. Also, they found an issue with my axle that the other guys never pointed out. The sooner I get it fixed the more money it will save in the long run. I really appreciated him and his work ethic. Not only did he tell me what I needed but he explained how it worked and why I needed it.
I'm really glad I found them and I'll be going back.

I learned about this shop from some neighbors, and I was very impressed. I appreciated that I could schedule an appointment online, pricing was super reasonable, and communication was great. I’ll be returning for sure.

Meineke at the Ken Caryl location off Chatfield have been my saviors!!!! I have serviced my vehicles multiple times there over the last couple of years and they are my “GO TO” place. I just recently had to take my F-150 as an emergency to figure why it wouldn’t start. James did his “mechanical magic” and figured it out quickly and resolved it within the afternoon. Renee and James have always took care of me and explained the issues with my vehicles. They make it feel like a “Mom and Pop” shop!!! Love it!! For someone as myself who is not mechanically inclined, they will take care of you!!! Angela

Came in for my 2nd oil change here, and it was $15 more than the first time when I was there a few months ago. I am pretty sure it was the owner that helped me the first time.
I was told that I was charged incorrectly the first time, by the owner.
I won’t be back a third time. $78 is too much for the service I received. And it’s weird to see an employee smoking inside a business these days.
Dude that charged me didn’t really care, he was rude. I don’t think he even wanted to be there. He doesn’t care if I come back again, but maybe the owner does?
Turn Too Automotive has always been my go to for an oil change. No wonder they’re always booked 3 weeks out. I’ll be going back to them.

The Mieneke near me is great. They always do extras like checking the air in my tires when I take my car for an oil change.
