The service is always great. This time I had a blowout on my run flat tire. My wife was near the dealership on Broadway so she stopped and found someone in the service department, Austin Norris. Austin spoke with me several times while I was driving, letting me know the tire would be ok to reach the dealership and verifying a loaner would be available. Everything worked out just as Austin explained.

I received an email about service loaner leases. I came to the store to see what was still available. I have been in the market for a car for about a month and a half. I was on the lot for 45 minutes not one person said hello to me. I walked into the show room. I used the restroom. I came back out. I sat in two or three cars. The store was not that busy as I seen two or three different sales people sitting around. I myself have been in the car business for 20 years and all I wanted to do was see a vehicle that we can lease. We have good credit we have money down, but I feel like I was I was profiled by the way I was dressed and the color of my skin. If you’re going to buy a luxury car, it doesn’t matter with somebody looks like what they drive up and everybody should be treated with respect.

I've been taking my Mercedes in here for repairs for 7 years and I'm terribly disappointed with my most recent experience. I drove home after "supposed" repairs to discover the car was running just as badly after being "repaired" to a cost of $12k! After opening the hood at home, we found tools left inside the engine area, a hose not connected and filth. We took it back and they now want $13k for a new transmission. Feeling very angry and taken advantage. I owned a Lexus years ago and it got $100k more miles without any major cost. What's up; weak management, unsupervised repair people, up selling? The repair consultant said they didn't know there was a problem until we asked him to drive it after spending $12k. What, I have to ask them to drive the car to see if it's operating correctly and why wasn't this done before spending $12k. Beware!!!

I called on September 13 for an appointment to do the B service on a Mercedes Sprinter. I was told they couldn't get to it until December! I expected better service from Mercedes!

I bought a ML550 in March 2023 and worked with Joe Madesian who assisted me over the phone to secure the sale and made sure the car was ready upon my arrival the following Saturday. I have enjoyed my vehicle so very much! Yesterday I got a courtesy call from Lindsey Juraeck who came across a secondary key for it! She noticed that I lived closer to her and wanted to meet me after her shift (close to my house) so that she could deliver it to me. I want to thank Mercedes-Benz of Littleton for all of their great hospitality and such a great experience I had with the purchase of my vehicle. A special thanks to Joe & Lindsey as well.

Great experience all around. I had planned for a loaner, but Eddie was able to get the car in right away, and they had me on my way within 2h, which is what I was told! Additional service was recommended for next time, but without any pressure. Break room was nice, and they have outside tables/benches as well. All in all, it was a very positive experience.

I just moved here from California. In order to register my car, I needed to get a special form from either a police station or a car dealership. Mercedes-Benz of Littleton stepped up, the title manager was so nice to me, I look forward to getting my car serviced here. Beautiful clean dealership.

brought in on a Tuesday from some sealing that needed to be done, on Wednesday received a text at five that the technician had left at 2, on Thursday afternoon was told that there was another car ahead of us and because of the holiday weekend wouldn't get it back till next Wednesday no loaner provided no communication absolutely will not do business here again.

I do love their selections of Sprinter Vans. I do have to give a shout-out to Flip the sales Rep that helped me. I was transparent and straightforward with him and he was still kind and professional. I found the Sprinter Van I was looking for! It turned out that I wasn't able to get it (so sad) but when I am ready I'll go back to the Mercedes-Benz Littleton location give Flip my cash and say, "I want that Sprinter Van hand over the keys please!"
