I usually don’t respond to requests for feedback, but this time OK. I bought a new car last week and had with me an expired proof of insurance. Mandy and Cindy at your office were so helpful. The obstacles they faced in helping me could have scripted an SNL skit. Mandy and Cindy were so patient and helpful at a stressful time.
