“About 6 months ago, I had them do a break job on my Toyota Tacoma. After picking up the vehicle, my brakes were making a horrible noise. I took my truck into Toyota to have the issue checked. Eagle had used after market brake pads, which is not unusual; however, in this case, did not go well. I gave Eagle another chance to fix the situation, and they made it right.
I just had my truck in at Eagle again for an oil change this time. I picked the truck up after the oil change and now it has been leaking oil on my driveway ever since. I am taking it back into them to find and fix the issue. We shall see. Truck did not leak any fluid before taking it into them.”

“I stopped in the first time on a super snowy night in November, the team working was very friendly, hospitable in the lobby and helpful answering my questions and concerns about my power steering pump, my heater and the oil change I wanted. I took it back a month later to get a top off in my fluid. They were busier than afternoon but still had me in and out very quick. I was also very appreciative that they were willing to top off my power steering fluid for me. I am going here for as many car services as I can!”

“So, as far as a quick, efficient, and reliable oil change, Grease Monkey nails it on the head. It's fine customer service and I've never had any problems or hiccups with this location! I will probably keep going here, however, the prices have gotten a bit out of hand. I understand and recognize that this individual shop has no control over company and market prices. However, I remember, and have record, that as soon as 5 years ago, I was getting oil changes for ~$90 up at a Greeley Grease Monkey. I have a BMW X5 and it takes synthetic oil and more liters so there's two upcharges for that I'm paying automatically. The last few times I've gone, I've payed almost $200 at the end of the day, just for an oil change. To pay this every 6 months or so is no longer sustainable and I'm exploring my other options. I know this price is not a reflection of the shop but it needs to be said.”

“Tim was kind and answered all my questions prior to even looking at my car. They did a full vehicle condition report that was sent to me via email, allowing me to take my time to look at their recommendations and make my decisions from there. My car was completed at the time I requested and David, the mechanic, again answered all my questions and explained what he did, why, and other details to look out for while using the car. I just recently bought this car used, so getting a full inspection put my mind at ease. Highly recommend these guys. Quality work, questions were not dismissed, and overall felt taken care of. “Justin and the team here have been great to me. I had an alignment at an unrelated shop that seemed off. They were happy to take measurements to confirm the specs, knowing full well I'd be taking the vehicle back to the other shop for a warranty on their work. Even gave me advice on my suspension tuning while I was there.
Fantastic service. I used them to turn my brake rotors some time ago and will happily give them more work in the future. A+”
