I don't know about the sales department but do not get service from Peak Kia in Littleton. Told me they had to order a warranty radio part and will take a week. This is after they told me it was fixed after keeping it. Never called me back. I went in and part miraculously was there. Had to make another appointment week later. Showed up for appointment and one hour later they ask me what was wrong with my radio. Told me they didn't remember about the problem. Then decided they did. 2 hours later told me they didn't know what was wrong. Lesley and service department have no idea what they're doing and have different stories each time we talked. I took my car and left.

I just bought a new Kia from Marc Messier at Peak Kia and couldn't be more pleased. He stuck with me all afternoon as we kept trying to find financing options that would work for me. And we got there! Marc kept his sense of humor throughout the whole thing. I would buy another car from Marc at Peak Kia in a heartbeat!

I recently purchased a 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning from Peak Kia.Owen, the salesperson who assisted me, was very friendly and professional. He was honest about what he didn't know about electric trucks, which was understandable since they're fairly new to the market. However, what stood out was his willingness to take the time to research and find the answers to my questions - not just give his best guess or push a sale.I came in with a specific truck in mind, and Owen helped me secure a great deal and stayed late so I could drive home with it the same day.Overall, I had a great experience with Peak Kia, and would definitely recommend them and Owen.

Purchased a new Kia telluride from Peak this evening. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Shannon our salesman was knowledgeable, an excellent communicator, had my paperwork ready when I arrived. Peak got me a great rate and met all of my car buying needs!

Highly recommend Patrick Cromer! He was a great help, Working with me to purchase my first new car! He ensured I had everything I needed with the car, there wasn’t any pressure while purchasing the car. He even worked with my schedule and was able to hold the vehicle for me until i got back into town! He was Very helpful and made this process enjoyable.

Being from Kentucky and purchasing a car site unseen, could not have asked for a better experience. Brody kept us informed with updates and was efficient with his responses to our questions.This was by far the easiest car buying experience. I would give Brody 6 stars if it was available and will highly recommend him in the future.

Sales person was deceitful in the shape the car he was selling was and the additional insurances he was adding on my paperwork. Went for a test drive and noticed some damage on the car, was assured it was minimal. In the process of signing I got suspicious went back and noticed extensive damage on the car and a broken side mirror that they were pushing me to sign off on. Cancelled the whole deal and will not be coming back not only where they deceiving they also were rude anytime I questioned their tacked on insurance they had added in!

Huge shoutout in order for the folks over at Peak Kia. We worked on a deal for the better part of the last week and today we were able to come to an agreement.I came in with a limit I could spend and a demand that admittedly was rather difficult to meet. But the folks at Peak got together, pulled strings and got me everything I needed to complete the deal.To Al, Nick S, Nick W, Andy, Grant and Rocco, thanks again for everything!

Hybrid Kia wasn't running and brought it to Peak Kia. After a week of calling them, getting full voicemail boxes, no call backs and excuses, they told me it needed $10,000 in repairs (replace hybrid battery etc.). I declined and brought it to a small independent repair shop. Small shop discovered that it had a hole in the gas tank. Really glad I didn't fill it up and park it in my garage! Peak Kia totally missed this (dangerous). I don't think in that week they even bothered to put it on the lift because they would have seen it. Small shop put in a $1000 new gas tank and it runs perfectly now.So if I had agreed to Peak Kia's repair I would have had $10,000 in totally unneeded repairs and would still be driving with a car that had a dangerous fuel leak.

Have had prior experience with Arapahoe Kia (personal referral), unfortunately I was treated poorly and was an inconvenience to them. Went to Peak Kia and had an opposite experience. From start to finish they communicated with me and made sure I was question free before leaving along with providing contact info for after in case a question came up. Highly recommended Peak Kia and will drive the distance to receive good service.Thanks again Nic (sales) and Rocco(finance) for your diligence and assistance in getting the car I wanted with the best deal and warranty possible.

I debated about writing this review, as, previously, Peak Kia has done exceptionally well by me for repairs and general maintenance. However, my most recent experience has soured me, with a few exceptions that I will acknowledge below. First and foremost, I truly appreciate the professionalism exemplified by the technicians, Hektor and Nick. Once they were tasked with a diagnostic on my vehicle, they efficiently identified the suspected problem (which turned out to be a much greater issue beyond the reported diagnostic of the starter). I appreciate the help of the Service Manager, Bob, too, for help in facilitating getting my vehicle assigned to a technician. However, as I live by Golden Rule, I will not list the name of the female clerk who checked me in; however, her name begins with the initial T. She was rude, dismissive, and hung up on me when I queried about a part of the starter that was damaged. When I showed to the dealer to rectify the situation, she saw me at the door and waved her hand at me while stating, "I already told you...bye." I requested the manager, who stated he would listen to the prior recorded phone call (that captured her dismissive and rude behavior and hanging up on me). Hopefully, they can run the cameras to capture her body language as she "talk-to-the-hand" 'greeted' me at the door. I understand bad days, but her behavior was/is unacceptable! I thanked Bob and asked him to pass along my thanks to Hektor and Nick, but I'm so disgusted with that specific clerk that I don't anticipate returning. Sad, because, until now, Peak Kia was my #1 go-to. 'T' should be thankful that I'm not vindictive and plastering her name on every review/social media site; I'm hopeful the manager will retrain her on customer service skills before she drives other customers away. That being said, I only wish Peak Kia well as I take my business elsewhere.,

Peak Kia is one of the most honest and trusted dealerships I've had the pleasure of working with. I bought a car out of state and had the car delivered within a week of first contacting them. I was in yesterday and ended up purchasing a vehicle with Owen.He is super helpful, knowledgeable, easy to work with. It was a pleasant buying experience overall, and I hope the rest of the customers at this location have the same experience.And all on his first day at the dealership nonetheless! Mike T was a great salesperson to work with, very communicative and generally straight forward. Sold us a gently used Stinger at a fair price point.Only issue I had was the finance department seemed to lack transparency in regards to financial terms prior to signing Paperwork, the terms were not terrible, but in retrospect we should have secured financing from our Credit Union rather then allowing things to play out with Peak Kia's internal options.Honestly the entire Financing process could have been handled via an Online portal with clear terms available prior to actually completing purchase at the dealership.Anyway, this Stinger looks great next to our MYP.Thanks
