First time at Pearle Vision and I’ll be back. The exam and feedback from the doctor was through. I felt well cared for and the staff at the front of the house assisted me quickly and kindly. I purchased a new set of frames and contacts. You have a new, satisfied customer.

Jennifer is AMAZING! I loved her so much and she was so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable and personable! The moment I stepped into the office the staff was bantering with each other and having a great time. While providing excellent service. It reminded me of home and it was very warming and pleasant to be in the store.

Jennifer was great in the up front process, but there are two other employees who were argumentative and short with me after paying over $800 for a pair of glasses. Could've been better with their post purchase customer service after they already had my money.

My experience at this Pearle vision was amazing. Not only was the eye doctor wonderful, and took very good care of me the staff there went above and beyond what is requested of an employee. I will always use this Pearle Vision for my vision needs.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Very professional and efficient. I greatly enjoyed working with Jennifer and appreciate her assistance. She went through options with me and was so thorough with making sure that my glasses fit comfortably, and she really took the time to make sure that I was completely comfortable and if I had any questions. She was so kind and patient, what great customer service! Thank you, Jennifer.

Eye doctor was great. Seemed on top of diagnosis, results, etc. I'd trust her. Unfortunately, whoever the "sales" associate they handed customers off to was ridiculous... Made no mention of my vision plan that covered 200.00 of the cost. Was going to charge full price. I had to point out that my plan should cover the cost of contacts. (I didn't mention how much, they should know). Response was oh yes it covers 100.00. I then had to point out it was actually 200.00. I waited to watch then go ohhh, you're right. At that point who knows what details they're missing. Finally was told they'd reach out when the order is ready. Still haven't heard anything. It's been a month. 1-800 contacts, here I come. At least I got a trustworthy prescription from the Doc!

I am writing regarding my experience yesterday, 10/10/2022, at the Pearle Vision located at 8441 S. Yosemite St. #2, Littleton, CO 80124.I had an eye exam completed with a different provider and went to Pearle Vision looking for frames. I emailed the representative onsite, Don, a copy of my prescription so that I could obtain quotes for various frames/lenses. When he received my prescription, he exclaimed “you’re blind.” During my visit, another woman came in to get new sunglasses. When he looked at her prescription, he told her that she was more blind than me, but my astigmatism is worse. I thought he was very insensitive when it came to our visual impairments and extremely unprofessional to discuss conditions of patients with other patients.He quoted me a price of over $300 for the frames that I selected and I asked if that was before or after insurance and he said “after.” I was confused, because the tag on the frames said $199.99 and my insurance covers at least $190, so my out-of-pocket expenses for the frames should not have been more than $9.99. Don told me the tag was old and that Pearle Vision no longer has prices on the frames in the store. I expressed concern and mentioned that I should only be charged what is being advertised. After some back and forth, he agreed, we finished my order, and he said that he would text me when my glasses arrive.When I arrived home, I received several unprofessional, offensive text messages from Don.I am angry and highly disappointed in the service I received from Don/Pearle Vision.

I would recommend this practice and particularly Dr. Liu. The entire staff was very professional and offered their advice on the frames as well as answered all my questions. They were eager to help in a nice way. I will be returning to this practice in the future for all my eye care needs.
