Don’t ever shop here for exotic supplies! They’re way overpriced, have no selection and can do nothing for you when a bulbs LABELED “2000hr” (83 days) last less than 1/2 because burning out on day 63, not day 60 makes it ineligible. They’re fine for dog needs and I’ve never had bad customer service only shit policies.

Great place to buy dog food and friendly store staff. Groomers is hit or miss, some are excellent some are incompetent and impatient people who have no business working a skill-required job.

WiFi connection wasn't good and couldn't stay connected for my zoom training for my service dog class. Other than that, all the employees were very nice and understood we were only doing training that day

This is the one store that is an exception to my usual "I hate shopping" motto. I LOVE shopping here! Every employee we encounter is so nice and helpful, and these people make my dog and I feel like downright royalty when we go. From the cashiers to the grooming staff, they are all so great at spoiling our dog. They've given us great help with our leopard gecko and cat, too. Love this store and the staff!

Awful customer service. Kid with dog collar and bangs covering to their face, I couldn’t even see their nose.
Kid couldn’t talk directly to customers and talked completely turned away from me.
Unacceptable what is tolerate in work places these days.

I joined the membership club (free) and often receive great coupon offers.
Prices are competitive, store is well stocked, and the staff are super friendly/knowledgeable.

Very disappointed, usually the staff there is very nice and accommodating. I made a grooming appointment with the scheduling department (she was amazing, her customer service was fabulous), I had an appointment today with VIP service for my pup but was also getting a furniture delivery at the same time. I called to see if I could get my pup in sooner, I was just asking, not requesting or demanding but when I called the grooming “manager” she said even though I was paying for VIP there were 13 dogs there that would compromise the VIP treatment for my dog and asked me to reschedule for tomorrow. She was basically turning me away and trying to deny my appointment just based on the fact that I called just curious if I could get my pup in earlier. She was very I unempathetic and clearly did not want to groom my dog. I would not feel comfortable leaving my dog in their care.

The person Patty that helped us get our fish was very knowledgeable and had fish of their own at home. It was very obvious that they had nothing but the best of intentions for the fish' safety and well-being. He is thriving and happy.

Took my boy Liam to this Petco grooming just for Kim P for 7.5 years. I felt at ease and peaceful everytime I dropped him off. always went above and beyond for me and my animals. If you’re looking for a wonderful groomer you can trust use her. I moved and was sad couldn’t take her with me.

Giving 2 starts instead of 1 because I like their grooming services. However, the Vetco is a total rip off. We stressed to them that our budget is low. However, the lady helping us was very pushy on extra things to get. Of course I want what's best for my dog. However, there was no communication about prices or increase in prices. She told us at first $160 and then all of a sudden its $354. And then I questioned it and she acted like I was dumb and said "sorry about that" after the fact.
I know dogs are expensive, but some clear communication and customer service makes all the difference. A little honesty and candor goes a long way.
Honestly just go to your normal vet, its cheaper and they're more knowledgeable.
