I was at the Petco store to do an educational tabling for Bailing Out Benji. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I purchased a few markdown items for a very good price. I appreciate the opportunity to talk to people in Petco about the puppy mill to pet store pipeline in Colorado.

Of the two big box pet supply stores, I usually prefer Petco, but this location is kind of a mess. Also, heads up they do NOT have prescription foods.

The customer service was fine but I was disappointed to discover that my $5 credo had to be used in certain amount of time, like 30 days which isn’t long at all. It was no longer available and really the associate should have just given me the $5 off. I want to support local businesses but it’s for reasons like this that people chose to shop at Chewy/online stores.

Amber needs to go home and she needs to check her attitude she was rude to me and my dog and another poor lady so amber did not give me a petco experience and I’m sure the other lady would agree with me!

Just came in for dog treats and to make new tags for 2 of our pups. The staff was so friendly and the store was clean and organized. We always like going to this shop as they have the most products available.

Gave 2 stars instead of 1 only because the Cashier was very nice and helpful, Saved me $40 by signing me up for free membership. But not 5 stars cuz The manager. He approaches the checkout counter while I'm waiting for the receipt cashier lets him know that I paid cash and he very clearly wanted me to know, how annoyed he was by giving me a huge eye roll with a nasty glare. It was so obvious that it was awkward to not acknowledge his reaction so I just said very nicely. I am so sorry I didn't have anything else, but cash and even though he is literally 2 feet from me and I'm apologizing for paying cash, (because of his unprofessional reaction) he completely ignores me as if I never even said anything. Probably picking up on The awkward silence from her manager, thethat cashier reassured me for him that it was OK- it was just that the drawer was already counted down. I said oh I'm sorry i didn't realize.. and she again was very nice and said don't worry about it. Now they were not even closed yet!! Sure, they did close in about 5 min.. I was in my car driving away at 7:55. So sorry asshole Manager but if your store stays open until 8, you just may have a customer paying in cash near closing time.. so don't count your drawer down ahead of time. Or If you do - Don't be a complete prick to a paying customer if they do pay in cash. It's your fault everyone who's worked retail knows that it's a risk counting down a drawer early for this reason and sometimes you win and sometimes you don't but that's on you and wether u feel like it's Worth the risk or not. Assuming u do Z since it's not that big of a deal but based on the countless horrible reviews Your store has- You just don't get it or don't care .. and I feel bad for your employees because your the kind of manager that drives away good customers and good employees with your negativity and nastiness.

Staff is inattentive and slow, and take forever to help with fish. The rude slouch that finally came to assist refused to sell me a danio because he felt that my tank MIGHT be too small. I'll never shop here again, Petsmart can have my business from here forward.

Almost never have what I need in store BUT they take Amazon returns here now. I've come in more for Amazon returns than Pet stuff. Appreciate the store discount upon Amazon returns.

Great staff worth the drive. The GM is knowledgeable and loves people with big aquariums. Helpful and very polite. Will encourage people to come here for their aquatic needs.

Definitely a good Petco to go to super friendly staff and really caring about animals the only pet peeve I have is they did not have my normal dog Chow but that's alright

There is a guy at the checkout that is so abrasive I don’t want to go back to this location ever again. Not only would he not stop pushing the vital care after I declined multiple times, he was not even educated enough on how to cancel. I told him the print said it is a yearly commitment, and he told me I could just call my bank and have it blocked and then someone would call me to cancel. No, that’s not the proper way to cancel.
