This petsmart is pretty good. They have a good selection of pet goods for non-cat and non-dog animals (fish, rabbits, etc), and it's always clean and well-stocked. Only complaint is sometimes they get weekend surges and don't have the cashiers to deal with it, but I think my sat/sun timing has been unlucky. Weekday evenings are always an easy time to get in and out.

Wi-Fi is strong. Was able to connect for my Zoom service dog training class. All the employees were very nice and understanding

Pretty good location. People are nice and outgoing. I shop for cats and ferrets. I would say they usually have what I need for my pets. Their sales are okay. Typically, just buy one and get one 50% off.
I like to look also at the pets on display. The pets seem to be in good condition. Haven't seen any in distress or looking ill.

Fish buyers beware this location - Ich. We haven't added new fish to our tank for years. We brought home a dozen from this location (8500 W Crestline Ave) and within days the majority of the tank had ich (white spots/fungi growth). Sadly, many casualties from it and the treatment to help rid it...

They have a wheelchair cart for those who need it! The staff here are the absolute sweetest and super helpful. The evening dog trainer is super knowledgeable in all areas dog-related, even outside of just training stuff. The reptile/fish gentleman was super sweet and knew alot about the availability of animals, even googling the best answers for me to find the right products I needed. They have the craziest options for bettas and the cutest holiday betta tank set up.

Great! Had everything I needed plus a whole lot more! If you have a lot of cat/dog toys and don’t need more I suggest staying away from those isles because they’re just too cute!! The photo attached is what my husband and I call the swaddler and my cats love it (I have 6) and they all lay on it no matter where it is or how many other more comfortable beds they have. Highly recommend.

Dionte was extremely dismissive while I dropped my dog off and didn’t listen to what I was looking for. I wasn’t surprised when I picked my puppy up and the one main thing I wanted wasn’t done. I will have to take him to get groomed some where else. This experience was very disappointing and a waste of money
