Nothing makes me more upset than when I have to go inside to get the dang receipt because they didn’t bother making sure that it’s full. I know they have some type of way of knowing that, but it should be checked. If I’m already standing out, pumping my own gas and doing everything else and I need a receipt. I shouldn’t have to go inside and wait in line to get one.

One star for the lazy blonde kid that "works" the counter. He just sits in the back room picking at his nails and expects you to use self check out. The same employee double charged me for a drink on a prior visit because he assumed my friend stole a drink even tho the employee physically checked him out. He is obviously incompetent at running a cash register, and he was very arrogant when confronted about double charging me. This is my local gas station but i might have to go elsewhere because the blond kid makes me mad every visit with smart remarks and attitude.
