Very poor customer service. I'm incredibly disappointed. I recently purchased a CPO'd car from out of state and brought it to the dealership for a clog in the ac compressor line. Not only did they charge me to drain the line, but they didn't install the panel properly so it rattled. I asked them to provide a vin verification form for the dmv and the form that they gave me was from 2010 and the dmv wouldn't accept it. When I called the service manager to ask him to transfer the information to the new form and email it back to me while I was still at the dmv, (dmv said that they would accept that) he said no. Causing a second trip to the dmv (which sucks) and a trip to an independent mechanic who now has my business.I've had my Porsches serviced in LA and Arlington with amazing customer service. Incredibly disappointed at the level of disregard at this dealership.

While my experience with Porsche Littleton sales has been troublesome, my experience with Burke and the service team at Porsche Littleton is beyond superb. I truly am thankful that a service team like this exists in Denver, let alone Colorado! I hope to work with their team while I maintain residency here in the near future.

I buy lots of cars including nicer brands than Porsche. This is the rudest group of salesman I've ever interacted with. I arrived in an expensive car for a sales appointment and they told me I couldn't drive the car that day. We needed to spend time getting to know each other. What a waste of time.

stopped by to take a look at a 2018 panamera turbo. the sales man name was Graham. terrible service to say the least. acted about as uninterested as anyone could be. acted like it was such a hassle for me to sit in the car, provided zero information in regards to the car even when asked. in the market to buy a panamera, not a dealer I would buy from based on the experience. I expect more being Porsche

I have been shopping for a new Macan, which would be my 4th new Porsche in the last 10 years (currently own a Cayenne and a 911). None of my previous three Porsches were ever purchased from Stevinson/Littleton Porsche as they could not compete on either the pricing of the new Porsche or the trade in, but this time they had a Macan I was looking for in their inventory, so I reached out to see if they would be able to match numbers or at least come close to another Porsche dealership. Unfortunately, last experience a few days ago did not go any better, but what made this different is that they would not provide the price over the phone or email, asking me to come in, although I made it super clear that I didn't need to test drive and the purchase would come down to price of the new car and the trade. I was told to come in and they would "make me very happy.". But when I came in, I still couldn't get their price on the Macan, but the trade was valued a whopping $4k lower than Carmax and over $5500 lower than what I received from another Porsche dealer. I was told, they use a new valuation service which valued the car at $29k, but they would do me a "favor" increase the bid to $30k, which was still over $4k lower than Carmax cash bid. The sales manager was smirking at me, but never even made an appearance to introduce himself, as he well knew that he was low balling the trade. This review would not be written if they would tell me that they couldn't compete over the phone or email, but to waste hours of my time and for the SM or GM to not even introduce themselves and apologize for wasting my time is unprofessional and not the type of organization that I want to deal with in the future. While I have been servicing my existing Porsches exclusively with Stevinson for the last 10 years having spent tens of thousands of dollars on service and encountering/lettingmultiple inadequacies there, I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I just came in for a Taycan. After some time in the showroom, no one approached me so I left. You'd think they want your business but all the salesmen seemed more focused on shooting the shit with each other instead. The dealership had all of 3 customers inside and was not busy. The only redeeming factor is that the showroom was clean and presentable.

Worst customer service received at this location. As a new Porsche owner I expected a level of customer service that is associated with the brand. 3 people passed by us with out any customer service, we asked a gentleman to for help and he pointed us to a desk and said that our rep would help us. Did not offer to make a call to the rep and let him know we were there because we were not important enough or being judged by the way we look.As a customer behavior analyst please feel free to reach out for ways to improve your customer service experience. This was my first impression and those are long lasting

If I might add, I was highly impressed with the service extended by Lance Dickson during the sales process and post-sale super follow-up and service. along withI would be remiss if I did not mention that I also had excellent service from Jesse in the service department and from The person in your retail store. As an avid car guy, I have visited many dealers' showrooms and have owned six cars at the same time, including Mercedes, Lamborghini, Ferrari, and of course, Porsche. Having said that, my entire experience with Porsche Littleton of ordering a new to-be-built Porsche GT Model began with making the new car and delivery a month ago, and my recent first visit to the service department, the entire experience is second to none.Respectfully yours,Jack Tyrrell

Fast forward 5k miles, I took my vehicle to Porsche Colorado Springs for service and they discovered I had two common oil leaks that were covered under warranty - this was after two visits to Porsche Littleton with zero mention of the leaks. On the last visit I was specifically told there were no other issues with my vehicle. This is totally unacceptable, a call to PCNA is definitely in order at this point. No wonder they only have one car in their showroom.
