I’ve had mixed experiences at this Pottery Barn location. While most of the staff are absolutely amazing—warm, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile—my interactions with Robin have been disappointing.
At first, she was very attentive and helpful when I was making purchases. However, when issues came up later—like dealing with a damaged sofa delivery—her attitude completely changed. She became upset that I had contacted customer service instead of going directly through her, which made an already frustrating situation even more stressful.
On another visit, I stopped in to ask for help choosing a new rug for my living room, but she seemed distracted and more focused on other customers than on helping me. She said she’d follow up later, but never did.
It also felt at times that Robin was more concerned about making a sale than genuinely helping me find what worked best for my home. When I didn’t go with her design suggestions or make a purchase through her, she appeared noticeably offended.
It’s unfortunate, because the rest of the team at this store truly embodies compassion, professionalism, and customer care. I hope Robin can take this as constructive feedback and refocus on providing the same thoughtful service that makes this Pottery Barn location otherwise such a great place to shop.

I came into this store to see about purchasing a new bedroom set. It was a Monday night, two hours before closing. I was the only customer in the store. There were at least 3 employees working and not a single person acknowledged me when I walked in the store or anytime in my 30 minutes walking around the store. Terrible experience and I will take my business elsewhere. I wonder if it is because I don’t fit their typical customer demographic??

Would give 0 stars if I could. Purchased a king sized canopy bed. First delivery attempt, missing pieces. I had to be the one to reach out to PB- multiple times- to figure out path forward. Had to wait a month for another attempt while pieces just sat disassembled on my floor. Second attempt, entire canopy frame is unstable and wobbles at the slightest touch. Also has dings (less concerning but worth mentioning). Again, I had to reach out. Was offered to have a “furniture professional” come assess in attempt to avoid burdensome return for everyone. He “stabilized” it and I was pressured into verbally agreeing the next day to take the bed as-is because it seemed fixed. Fast forward 3 weeks, the canopy is again wobbly as ever and come to find out there is a support beam disconnected from the base. PB refuses refund, even when I offered to purchase a different bed from them. I have loved this store for a decade and am now beyond disgusted. Would advise you do not waste your time ordering furniture here, because you will not get quality products or customer service.

I have always had a great experience with the people working here and the inventory at this store. I love that they let me look rather than a more forward sales approach. I can appreciate that others like to be addressed and sold to immediately, but I really enjoy the sales style here. I love the location as well and like that it is not inside of a mall. Would 100% recommend visiting for a quieter, but equally elevated experience.

EDIT. They canceled my order. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I will absolutely never get furniture from here again. I bought furniture from them, that I still have yet to receive or get updated on without me calling. They have a gimmick of showing you floor items, staying they are in stock and can be shipped in 1-2 weeks. When in reality they don’t actually have anything and it gets back ordered with no dates! Worst customer service on the planet.

We had a wonderful experience working with Robin at this location when ordering our new couch. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond in answering questions, offering design suggestions, and helping us choose a fabric that met our specific needs. She is amazing and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to work with a great interior designer. Our experience with her was completely different from other PB stores we visited in the best way.

Meh, it's ok. Spent $5k and then got a lecture from one of the women who works here when returning a fabric sample and buying other items. I indicated I ordered my bigger items online (self-service is a gem in the year 2024) vs. coming into the store in an archaic-dinosaur era model to order furniture from an associate. At checkout, she had the audacity to scold and shame me by ordering online and not from a store employee. It was completely inappropriate.

Terrible customer service. The employees were so condescending and rude. One of them put up her finger at me to wait one minute while on the phone. Don’t come here if you expect to be treated with respect and kindness.

3 months in and we still don't have our furniture delivered. Nobody seems to know where it is. I have had to call dozens of times and no luck. What an awful experience.
