I would give them five stars alone if I was ONLY going BY the SERVICE and helpfulness from their employee named CODY. He answered EVERY question I had and was VERY patient and went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations of service. I and moving my storage from California to Colorado and chose this public storage site on Kipling in Littleton. My disappointments were mainly because I am disabled, and there is no handicap parking as well as no golf carts for accessibility of taking a handicapped person to look at their potential storage rental unit. I had to walk all the way there up in incline of sorts, but, it's HARD for me to walk and get around PERIOD. I THOUGHT IT WAS A LAW that you're supposed to have handicap accessibility for a business, as lucrative as theirs, ESPECIALLY!!! So, I am going to rent from them, and the space was just fine. Also, I was told that I should call ahead of time when I do arrive back to Colorado with the truck that I am bringing my storage belongings in from California BECAUSE they are short staffed and the office is sometimes closed half the day. If the office might be closed during their posted hours, then that ALSO means that the bathrooms will also be locked!! But, after all that, CODY IS AN ABSOLUTE GEM of an employee and REALLY knows his stuff!! He seems VERY LOYAL to the brand for sure, and has made my transition from California to Colorado much easier! He had me download their app and showed me how I can open the gate with my phone as well as manually by punching my code in at the key pad at the entrance. He PROBABLY DESERVES A RAISE I'M GUESSING!! HE'S A KEEPER!!! I hope this helps someone...

Unresponsive/absent management and a broken automated system made move day a living hell. I called the day before move-in to upgrade my space after realizing the first one was too small, no answer, no call back. I called literally every 10 minutes starting from 8am the day of the move and left voicemails, no answer, no call back. The movers showed up and we packed up the truck, hoping I'd get a call back in the meantime but never did. I figured I could just handle this with the property manager in person so we drove down there. I had booked the movers for a set time for 2 hours anyway so wasn't like I could delay. The office was locked up and lights off despite it being Saturday during regular business hours. I called the national customer service line and was transferred around about 10 times before someone told me only a property manager could handle my request. I explained none are available, but I have movers charging me by the hour and need a bigger space, and they attempted to connect me to other property managers in the area, as well as a district manager - every time I got a voicemail, and had to call customer service again and go through the process, re-explaining everything, to reach a new manager that could potentially help, took about 5 minutes every time, and no one was ever available. I tried cancelling my unit on the app and reserving another one but the app was down, saying that "server is unresponsive due to too many requests, please try again later" so that was entirely unhelpful. One customer service rep told me to try again in 30 minutes, I waited, and it was still down after 30 minutes.I was charged over $300 extra by my movers while waiting at public storage for someone to help me. In the end, no one from public storage ever helped me but I figured out how to help myself. I ended up having to create an entirely new gmail account, and use the new email to create a new account on public storage, and a new contract at a new space, all on my phone while movers were getting more and more impatient and reminding me how much extra I'm being charged. Finally I was able to pay for a new space and get an access code, but after waiting in the hot sun for nearly 2 hours everyone was exhausted and irate.I've also now been doubled charged by public storage, once for this new space and once for the old one that's never been used. They also charged me for a lock for both spaces, and a lock was never provided, luckily I had already bought my own.This lands in my top 3 worst move experiences. I'm sure my stuff is safe there for now but will be concluding my business with public storage as fast as humanly possible.

I appreciate her patience & friendliness. I showed up right before she closed …Twice- she was just delightful to work with! It’s nice to have friendly service in stressful times.

You guys are ridiculous ill be canceling my unit. Price started at $160 and now it's at $260. My recommendation is don't use public storage. They will increase the price every 3 months and not tell you. This is by far the worst storage facility I've ever dealt with!

I've used public storage several times and never had a problem. But the one I rented the other day had Cody as the manager. He is the best manager I have come across. He is professional and knows his stuff. He is the best and I would recommend him and his location to anyone. He went above and beyond to help me with my needs. Best public storage manager in North America!

Sean was amazing, walked me through all the paperwork to make sure I didn’t have any questions. He even took me to the unit I will be renting. I really appreciate him and his knowledge.
