I need an extra space for some equipment and have been leasing space with public storage for 5 years. Marnie was so great throughout the process of exit from a space. We no longer need it. Great service.

She made the whole process easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated her attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions. There are always no carts in the closed pavilion. 2 carts for the entire open and closed warehouse. You need to constantly walk around the entire territory and search. Very irresponsible staff.

Marnie is the best. We just started renting a large space and She was so kind and helpful during a very stressful time for me and my family and made sure we got great value, great service and we are hugely appreciative.

I was not sure if my driver could get his truck in to unload my furniture and the manager, Marnie went out of her way to accommodate me show me around and even helped me get into a different storage unit that was more suitable for my needs.

Process of renting was very easy online. The lock and paperwork were in our unit when we arrived. No extra papers to fill out. Great experience in a stressful time.

We’ve had a great experience overall with this storage facility, and the staff—especially the manager, Marnie—has always been friendly, helpful, and professional. Recently, we went through an unfortunate situation when our unit was broken into. While that was upsetting, Marnie truly went above and beyond to support us through it.
She was incredibly responsive, compassionate, and made the entire process so much easier to handle. She even offered to transfer us to a new unit in a completely different part of the facility to help us feel safer and more secure!
Things can happen anywhere, but the way Marnie and her team handled it showed us they genuinely care about their customers. We’re grateful for Marnie’s kindness and professionalism during a difficult moment—she made all the difference!

I deal with a lot of storage units in my line of work, and I can confidently say Marnie is hands down the most friendly and helpful person I've met at any facility. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and easy. Her professionalism, knowledge, and great attitude truly set her apart. OK… when we moved in Marnie couldn’t have been more professional and helpful. That said, the move out has been bittersweet! On the one had, it’s always a pain to pack your stuff up again, on the other, we’re going to miss Miss Marnie. We’ve used countless storage facilities over the years and we will ALWAYS come back to this one. Well done, Marnie… and well done PS! 🥂

Marnie, the manager, is absolutely wonderful! I had my motorcycle stored here for just under 2 years, and never had a problem.
