This quest location is a breath of fresh air. There is never a wait, and this time was even faster than normal. The woman who took my blood was so efficient and found a vein right away.

Quest at 6179 S. Balsam Way, Littleton, CO is a great way to have your blood drawn and urine specimens taken. It provides the opportunity to sit in a large waiting room in immaculate room conditions. I only waited three minutes.

The employee I spoke with upon entering seemed put out that I would dare talk to her rather than check in at the machine.
The person who took blood left my arm swollen with a large bruise4-5 inches across in the bend of my elbow.

Morgan was EXCELLENT. I went to 2 other locations that didn't do blood draws, wasting time & gas. This location has a kiosk for checkin. It said it would be an hour wait, but I was immediately called and waited on. Morgan took seconds to stick me, on her first try she got the line, and bam! DONE. Morgan was super friendly and professional. I highly recommend THIS location for quick, painless blood draw. THANKS MORGAN.

There was an ill lady who had trouble walking and standing to use the self checkin. She asked for help from the receptionist. The receptionist was VERY Rude and she did not treat the lady very well. The receptionist (who really wasn’t a receptionist-they are too cheap to hire one so no customer service) acted like it was such an indisposition to help the lady.
