Red Wings has some of the best quality products I have ever used. I went in looking for a versatile work boot that would last, be water proof, and resist heat while on roof and avoid puncture. One of the managers there, Miss Holly, was more than happy to help me find what I was looking for. I've been wearing the Red Wings Versapro Work Boots for months and they are just as comfortable and sturdy as the day I bought them. Resistant to wear and tear while also having coverage and warranty for the BOA strap system in the case they broke they will fix them for free. I was also helpfully directed to the products used to maintain the fine craftsmanship of their boots. With a cleaning and protective coating these boots are made to last for years.

The new Store Manager, Holly, provided me with great customer service! She was very knowledgeable about the different moc toe boots, and got me in the right size with my custom insoles. Even swapped out laces for a better length. Old school customer service. I will be back!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Red Wing boots for over 25 years. I have worn the same style the entire time. My latest experience at the Littleton store was horrible. There were two employees working when I entered the store. One was sitting at the register and another was helping a customer check out. I looked around for my style of boot and only saw it in the steel toe version. When the employee was finished ringing up the other customer, I was asked if I needed help. I asked if they had my boot but without steel toe. The employee directed me to the other side of the store and said this was the section I was looking for. We walked over to the other side and the employee began grabbing random boots to show me. I told her what I was looking for and she had to ask the other employee if they could order my boot. Now this employee behind the counter overheard this whole conversation and continued to just sit behind the counter. I walked over to her and she looked up online and stated that they could order the boots. I decided to look at the other boots in store and asked the first employee to bring me out a different style in my size. The employee went to the back and came back with two boxes. She said that she brought one in my size and one that was a wide version. I opened up the first box and noticed right away that it was a different boot than the one I asked her for and both pairs were the wrong size! I told the employee that she brought the wrong style of boot and in the wrong size. She again asked which pair I wanted to try on and I grabbed them off the shelf and reminded her of the size. She went back and brought out the correct boot but in the wrong size. I began to get frustrated and decided just to order the pair that I always wore. I walked up to the counter and asked the employee, who was still just sitting there, to order my boots. She pulled up my account and showed me the boots that I have ordered previously and I instructed her to order another pair. When I saw the order on the screen, I noticed that she entered the incorrect boot and instructed her to change it. She corrected the error and I asked her how long it would take to get the boots. I was told it would take “less than a week “. I paid for the boots and left, very disappointed and unsatisfied with the experience. Six days later, I called to check the status of my order and was informed it was going to be another six days before the wound be in. I was frustrated and decided to drive back to the store. I asked for the store manager and the same employee that helped me ( by bringing out the wrong boots in the wrong size) was the assistant manager. This assistant manager (Penny) informed me that the store manager was the employee sitting behind the counter when I initially ordered the boots. Furious at the news of the store managers being the employees who seemed so incompetent while trying to help me, I decided to cancel the order and get a refund. I will never shop at this location again and would not recommend any one else to shop here either. There are other stores not far away and it’s worth a drive to avoid the disaster this store has turned out to become.
