I wish I could give a zero rating. I filled a prescription and the pharmacy (and its manager, also a store assistant manager) refused to honor the Walgreens Good Rx coupon I had in hand. I've lived in this immediate area for 44 years and this Walgreens is the closest pharmacy to me. I WILL NEVER, EVER AGAIN PATRONIZE THIS STORE/PHARMACY FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. There is good reason why this store has such poor ratings. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I plan on celebrating the day this Walgreens permanently closes its doors. Maybe a better pharmacy (CVS?) will take its place.

This pharmacy is the most out of control, unorganized mess I've ever seen. You cannot rely on this place to get your medication, I've gone without mine twice now because of their mistakes - go to the one on Kipling.

1 star is even too high for this place. You never know if the pharmacy is going to be open. Really stinks when you need your medication and you can't access it because the pharmacy is closed. I am done with Walgreens, especially this location.

Each time i find myself (unfortunately) entering this particular Walgreens, I find myself trying to get of the door as quickly as possible because there is no worse place to be. The long lines, the poor customer service (asking a question, the response is a snappy and patronizing "IM OFF THE CLOCK"), and most importantly, the incapability of the Pharmacy creatures. Never have I been disrespected for asking for something as simple as a medication that allows me to enjoy life. Unfortunately, not only were they no help, but the pharmacist sat there and watched us wait for 5 minutes before proceeding to be no help at all. When asking clarifying questions, the patronizing pharmacist quickly got very defensive and then rude. Overall, this place is an embarrassment to establishments. all of them. a central hub for that of the most incompetent

This place is incredibly short staffed and therefore constantly has all sorts of problems. I don't know who's managing it, but they are not doing a good job. There are so many other Walgreens, I would recommend venturing elsewhere and saving yourself the trouble. I do feel sorry for the staff as they are trying their best.

This review is for Walgreens as a company and not a reflection of the staff. It is almost impossible to imagine a way the pharmacy could be slower. It seems like they have one tech and pharmacist and those poor people are working so hard. It is clear Walgreens must not be treating staff fairly or compensating them as turn over is high and they can't hire. Walgreens stop the greed and start paying to staff your facility.

This place is terrible. I don't know if its because they are short handed or over worked. They have given us the wrong medication. Today they said my insurance server was not working and they could not fulfill a prescription that have gotten for years. I called my insurance they said it was. Walgreens. This place is very convenient for us, however I feel like i have no choice but to take my business somewhere else. On a positive note the employees are very nice

I recently had to switch my prescriptions to King Soopers after a long time of only being able to go to Walgreens. I love the people at Walgreens but there was never enough of them and I don't know if they don't pay enough or it's that bad of a place to work but there is never enough people. It wasn't until I moved pharmacies that I realized I didn't want to support a company that wasn't giving their people the appropriate resources and staff.Remember these guys are super nice and helpful, just give the employees a break :)

Returned a " free" game rental and was charged $75.00 for the game. Redbox stated it wasn't returned. Tried calling the customer service number multiple times and only waited on hold each time. Longest hold time 1 and 1/2 hours. Never reached anyone. Emailed and never received a response.
